Long story short. they could not deliver to this location(3 weeks after sale) they contacted me via email to tell me Fed Ex would deliver. a day later they did. dropped it on my front lawn. No photo. no attempt to contact me. drenched from the rain and grass. Terrible terrible service. Very dissapointed. Be very careful if you asked this company to deliver outside of NYC. I tried to attach the photo but Yelp will not allow me to attach it.

After putting our apartment in the City on the market, my husband and I moved to Yonkers to an…read moreapartment double the size of the one in the City. I now had my own office which I also wanted as a guest room. I needed assistance designing the office and finding a queen sofa bed that would fit in the space along with a desk and bookcases. After work one night, I searched on the internet for NYC/Westchester design firms that may be able to assist. I found that most firms wanted $2000 just to create a design for me. I am so glad I discovered Bark. I put my requirements in and found MCollection & Design through Bark. Michelle called me the next day (the MOST pleasant, friendly and responsive person ever!) and she explained that they could help me design the space for $500 and also help in the search for the sofabed, rugs, desks, bookcases etc. I would just purchase the bulk of the items from her firm. This was perfect for me because I have a very demanding job and didn't want to spend hours on my own looking for items and then purchase them and find out that what I bought didn't fit in the space-- thus wasting money. I gave Michelle my budget, my color scheme and sent her some examples of couches and desk styles that I liked. The next day I got emails of sourced items that she thought I would like! Just great response time! I liked many of the items that she found and those which I didn't, Michelle was happy to give me more choices. In addition, MCollection was able to take my floorplan and electronically show me different scenarios for the furniture layouts. The furniture was conveniently sent to my apartment and MCollection also connected me to a handyman who put my desk and bookcases together. He even hung my artwork. (I had had a difficult time finding someone who had a COI which my building requires). Furthermore, during the process, I was also assigned a designer, Shawn (also the most pleasant responsive person), who came to my apartment to check on the progress of the project. They were able to find a queen sized sofa bed that fit beautifully in the space along with the desk and bookcases I wanted. Within approximately 30 days, I had my office set up! I am so glad that Bark led me to MCollection. It saved me hours in searching for a design firm that would fit my needs. I got professionals who helped me design and source my office/guest room just the way I wanted it. The process was very collaborative and fast! Michelle, Shawn and her team at MCollection and Design are pleasant, responsible professionals, eager to assist you in your design needs. I highly recommend them for any design project you have whether big or small!

Michelle was amazing -- even though I wasn't purchasing directly from M Collection, she contacted Gus Modern to sleuth out the make of the fabric and the cleaning methods that would be safe to try, and she kindly kept me updated on status along the way. This company is abusive. I was hired and fired before pandemic. Totally set up to fail, it was…read morebeyond psychological manipulation. First of all, there is zero training whatsoever. They not only don't train you but they are bothered with your questions. When you point out things like "my e-mail wasn't provided so how can I communicate with clients?" you're met with a blank expression and a strange, cold, arrogance. You are expected to work seven days a week with no chance for personal care whatsoever. You are to stand in a store room for seven days from 10 am until 7 pm. I was given no help and set up to fail and when I was suddenly fired out of nowhere in the middle of the day and asked where my money was, they were surprised I would ask? The next day I went to pick up my check and the co-owner or owner of the business who hired me actually screamed in my face. He is a lot taller than me and I felt extremely threatened. I am a forty year old man (at the time I was 35) and I was reduced to some kind of strange humiliation because I had questions that were unanswered. At the time I was in between places and didn't have an address, the owner screamed at me "WHY COULDN'T WE HAVE MAILED IT TO YOU??!?!!" this is like two inches from my face. I have severe anxiety and I was rattled and my PTSD reached code level red. This man then throws the check at me after having me wait in this room for fifteen minutes after screaming at me (I am having a full on panic attack at this point) and then he nonchalantly walks back in and mutters "be careful who you call unethical," referencing how I told the other owner who fired me directly "this is unethical" as it was. If I could leave a review in the negatives, I would. Notice how they never respond to any of these reviews because that's what their culture is.

Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.
