TOTALLY lucked out because the first one I went to I knew when I walked in (at least I was hoping when I walked in!! ) that it was going to be what I was looking for. Other than the atmosphere, which immediately was VERY appealing, you look for attentiveness and a welcoming feeling when you open that door. Next is the actual process of explaining what you'd like and having it done the way you like it done instead of the way they think it should be done. This is where Calvin comes in. There aren't words to express how happy I am with his talent. He listens to what you want and is consistent in asking if he is doing what you like so you have a chance to say yes or no, because it's hard to tell somebody sometimes if you're not happy and he makes sure you are by actually inquiring while he works his magic! He's also extremely nice, always smiling and dresses for success! This was my third time and pretty much my deciding factor on staying with them in the future... The salon is always immaculately clean and I got to see their Christmas tree last year and it was incredible and I wish I had taken a picture of it (has nothing to do with this review, but I had to put that in here because I was in awe!!)
