Besides the fact that it's the same inventory year after year with nothing really changing, it's the customer service and cheapskate ways that I won't be back. Because they've been using the same register since at least 2015, you have to show your 1 out of 5 possible coupons prior to checkout to get the mild discount. This time after presenting the coupon, not saying anything just showing it, the new guy at the register started hand-jamming in the prices. I assumed he adjusted already as they always did, but nope. After everything was added up and the price was read off I asked if the canister shells were discounted. The other employee behind him spoke up and said I needed to show the coupon before checkout, which I knew and had done. I asked if I had to present my phone with coupon 6 inches from his face and he said yes. So much for making sure your customers are happy. Oh well, their loss.
