Told them the symptoms and that I had brought a stool sample and asked if they could take it but they told me to hang on to it while I did the paperwork... okay, thanks. Once we got in the exam room the vet was exhibiting the worst animal handling methods that I have ever witnessed from an animal professional. She and a male staff member were cornering my dog, literally trying to give her the exam while she was on the floor instead of utilizing the exam table. At this point I said she's used to being examined on the table (because that's what literally every other vet has done the 7 years I've had her) and this vet said with a lot of acidity "90% of dogs don't do well on the table". I said "well she's not doing well on the floor, is she?" as there was pee everywhere at this point. She flashed me a very ugly face and said, full of vitriol, "would you like to continue this exam?" at which point I said no (because wtf?) and walked out.
