Every batch was like this and we were picking off the sides and just having a bite in the middle where it seemed like a normal Olive Garden Breadstick. There also wasn't much of the seasoning on top of the breadsticks. They also didn't put any croutons in the salad so we had to ask for those. But we mostly came just for the pumpkin cheesecake and that was fabulous, as it is every year! Another thing to note is that the service was very good. We had a waiter in training and someone assisting him. You could tell he was trying to get the hang of things, but he had a great personality and was very friendly. West Street Deli is just down the street from my Ames Barber (Troy) and just as close to Mother's Pub. The street is its own little business District, and feels far away from Lincoln Way.
