The one thing that I did have problems with was scheduling, though. I made my appointment a month-and-a-half in advance because I knew it would be hard to get two people in for the same time, with the same artist, AND on a Friday night. When it came time to pay the deposit for my friend's appointment, one week before we were supposed to be scheduled, they said that appointment time was no longer available. Luckily we were able to figure something out but it was a bit of a hassle. Nonetheless, it was a great experience and I WILL be going back again.

I went to the ROCK ISLAND location and was helped by someone else because of this. I was told that the guy who did it was gone, so I decided to give them another chance. My cartilage piercing was done by a different guy and it was the easiest piercing I've ever gotten. Calm environment. Good price. Great piercing.

I recommend booking a whole day session at her discounted rate versus just an hour or two because she truly uses the time wisely and really gets a lot done for you! (i.e. We got an entire thigh piece (my first from her) done in one full day session.) As for the shop itself, I was super pleased when I walked in for the first time. I had driven by it a ton and never noticed it, but don't be fooled by the plain exterior. The inside is clean with beautiful lighting and a relaxed atmosphere.
