I flew into town for my daughters birthday. We decided to each get a memorial tattoo of our dog that passed away recently. Being that I was from out of town, I gave my daughter the job of researching and find a great tattoo artist. She definitely did her homework in researching the art work and recommendations from people in the tri cities. She finally decided on Charlie at OD. Charlie made multiple requests for multiple pictures of our dog in helping to set up the dog's portrait. Well, we went in for the tattoo's. He did one after the other and they both looked exactly alike. What was even more incredible is that it wasn't just a dog tattoo'd on my shoulder blade. It was my dog. I could actually distinguish my dog's personal attributes. I never expected that. I was very impressed. This was my third tattoo. The last one was done in Ohio. I was so impressed with the work by Charlie that I decided if I want another one, I will schedule it on my next visit to the area. One other thing, I really enjoyed the atmosphere inside of the business. It's relaxed yet professional. Two other tattoo artists were working at the same time. Our appointment was at 5 pm and we got in 10 till 5. We signed all consent papers and gave the employee our tattoo we wanted. The employee told us it would be 2 minutes and we could start. We sat on the couches and the employee went out to smoke a cigarette. 30 minutes later and nothing still happened. We figured we couldn't have any visitors because of Covid. But as we walk in, we notice that multiple other customers had visitors. But the employee told us we couldn't have any visitors which made no sense because other customers had visitors. Meanwhile, it's been 33 minutes since my scheduled appointment time and it's outside for a second time smoking a cigarette. Not pleased. read more

They were professional but at the same time they made me feel relaxed and at home. I got my monroe done there and it was fast and Nick was amazing and it was very clear he knew what he was doing. I'm so surprised no one has reviewed this place. This is where I got my first tattoo...and it was HIGHLY recommended by everyone. They are supposed to be the "best tattoo parlor in the QCA". I really have no complaints - they did a great job on my tattoo (they drew it up as well), they were friendly, it was clean, and I never had any problems.
