The fried rice doesn't have a need for much (If any) additional soy sauce to stay moist and flavorful. Might not be the best Chinese in the world, but will hit all the right spots and great for the location!

If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, this is not the place for you, and you should stop reading. Lee's Village is a westernized Chinese restaurant located near Downtown Steinbach. I recently did a trip there, and was invited to eat here for dinner with some friends (on their bill). Needless to say I accepted their offer. The inside is quite decent, it does have some resemblance of trying to be a Chinese restaurant. However, the servers are unsurprisingly not Asian...although the chef was, which was somewhat of a good sign. We had the special fried rice, sweet and sour veal, sweet and sour pork, shrimp with vegetables, chicken balls, beef with broccoli, BBQ pork chow mein, and ginger beef. The dishes definitely were not authentic Chinese cuisine, but it did its job in filling my stomach. For a place like this, there's not much I should complain in terms of quality standards, since it's probably the best that Steinbach can offer. Service was excellent despite our large table group. Personally, I wouldn't say no in returning if I'm ever back in Steinbach, even though I know there's the lack of authenticity here.
