Steinbach tends to have exactly one of everything. One Walmart. One Starbucks. One Winners. One McDonald's. There are exceptions. Tim Hortons is one of them. There are three Timmy's locations along highway 12. I am not a regular Timmy's customer. I tend to visit Timmy's a handful of times each year. It's mainly to redeem points that are about to expire or there's a special item, such as a dream donut, that I'd like to try. In early July, I got a message in my inbox saying that my points were about to expire. I logged on to my Timmy's app. I realized that I also had a birthday gift. Part of me was thrilled that I had a birthday perk. The other part of me was thinking that I had to make two visits to Timmy's now. Ugh! My first visit was on my way to CF Polo Park in Winnipeg to get a security tag off a purchased item from Torrid, followed by seeing a movie at the Cineplex Scotiabank Theatre next door. I got these items: - Sausage breakfast sandwich on a homestyle biscuit - Medium peach lemonade quencher I redeemed my birthday gift for the breakfast sandwich. I only needed to pay for my quencher. I did everything through the app. This Timmy's was the closest one to the hotel where I was staying. I needed to hang a right going westbound to arrive here. It also had a drive-thru, which proved to have steady business both times that I came here. When I got to the order area, I let the woman know that I had a mobile order and rattled my name off. She said that she had it and to approach the window. Although there were several vehicles ahead of me, the line moved quickly. I got my breakfast sandwich in a paper bag. She handed me my drink when we both noticed that it was leaking. The lid wasn't on properly. The nice woman said to hold on. She went to get a new lid. She wiped my drink and handed it to me. I thanked her. The cleanup part was much appreciated. I had already cleaned up my hand with a napkin that I had in my vehicle. I thanked her and drove west to Winnipeg. I sipped on my drink during the drive. It was sweeter than I'd like any beverage to be. However, the peach flavour was juicy and lovely. It was cold and perfect. I loved it. I got to Torrid and got the security tag removed. I then headed to my vehicle. I looked at my sandwich. I was getting hungry. I ate my sandwich in my vehicle before heading to the movie theatre. This move was perfect. I got a drink at the theatre. I was fine having this snack in my tummy beforehand. I loved my breakfast sandwich. It had sausage, egg, and cheese, clapped between a split homestyle biscuit. It was delicious. Why don't I get these breakfast sandwiches more often?! Perhaps I should be a regular Timmy's customer. I now had to use my expiring points. I'm not sure how I amassed 800 points, but I did. I ended up redeeming my points towards a free large strawberry watermelon lemonade quencher a few days latter, on my way to Winnipeg once again. I headed to this Timmy's again after placing my order through the app. I got the best welcome from a different woman. I thanked her after getting my drink and proceeded to drive to Winnipeg. This drink lasted for hours. I sipped about half of it and stopped when I was out and about in Winnipeg. I still had some coming back to Steinbach. I ended up adding ice to it, which helped cool it off. It was back to being delightfully cold to drink. This quencher was delicious. I like the balanced strawberry and watermelon flavours with the lemonade. It was sweeter than what I typically drink. Luckily, I rarely consume it. This Timmy's was great to redeem my birthday perk and expiring points. Staff were friendly and competent. I'm glad that I dropped by twice! (272)

As the base for a make your own bowl that was a huge disappointment. The server said it could not be replaced. The smoked chicken was flavorful and moist. The ribs were delicious. The corn bread side is really a dense corn pudding and 3 of our 4 diners hated it. The remodel for the past barbecue restaurant seems to be holding up but nothing new for decor.

From the amount of smoke flavor to the seasonings of the finished product there isn't nothing left out. You can see and taste the amount of pride these people take in there food and it goes to show and it only gets better. Their mouth watering food isn't the only thing they got going on here the drinks are well made along with the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. Allot of hard work is put into making everyone feel right at home and it makes it an asset to the community without a doubt. The customer service is second to none. Their catering side of things is so professional and well organized. This place just straight loves what they do.
