The caramel roll by the register looked yummy and when I inquired if it was fresh both ladies behind the counter assured me it was. It was not. It probably hadn't been fresh in several days as it was so dry that even the middle was dried out. I would have still given 5 stars despite the arid caramel roll but after I had paid, I inquired about getting water/ice for my insulated cup (since I was passing through Warroad). I was told they could give me ice but I would have to purchase a bottle of water (she tells me this as there is a sink directly to her right). Super petty especially since I had already purchased a large caramel coffee, cookie bites and the extremely dried out definitely not fresh caramel roll.

Within minutes of sitting down, our waitress spilled our coffee's and dropped the creamer. Ok, that's fine, things happen, I get it, no big deal. But then as we ordered and waited, we realized how horrible this place is. The bathrooms are horribly kept, the coffee isn't even warm, and the cooks and servers are inattentive and dysfunctional. Then, after waiting for 45-50 minutes after we ordered our food, we finally got our food that had undercooked and doughy French toast, and a cold and undercooked skillet. When I say the food was bad, that is an understatement. Incredibly bland and gross food.
