I loss my $600 to hold the apartment, my instincts tossed knowledge and understanding in my mind advising me to read the whole contract CAREFULLY, until I comprehend it. The company or landlord request were more than I would accept renting anyone's property. They are nice apartments but too pricey. Just BEWARE!!!

5 things that makes this place worth 5 star!…read more 1) Layout/Plan : On the website you could see the details from price to layout as it needs a whole website to discuss about. The 2 story and private entrance gives a feel of townhouse. The apartments are new, spacious, have a open layout and brightness to them. Gym and pool are not that great but you have something better than nothing. Have a laundry room inside the apartment and i love that with kids. Clubhouse is free once a year to use for party and its good to know. These are the best of their all 4 types of apartments offered. If you live on ground floor , you will hear the footsteps on the floor above a lot. But with kids i prefer to take the pain by renting on the ground floor than to take the stress of how the people below us are really annoyed if we are not lucky. 2) Location: Right on transit, across from Wegmans, neighbor to Kohls and what not. You name it, its there within its reach but never had any disturbance of the trucks or noise. Great expensive houses in the neighborhood. 3) School: Country parkway elementary, Transit Middle, East high. One of the best schools you can get. All in closest proximity. 4) Family: Lots of kids and they use all the lawn area as a backyard. People are so used to all this that it becomes a part of their life. Great neighborhood with a great mix. 5) Safety: Overall the best you can ask for.

I live in a 2 bedroom/2-bathroom unit with about 10 vents throughout the apartment that allow cigarette smoke and odors to seep constantly into my space despite the lease clearly banning indoor smoking anywhere in units. I reported this repeatedly starting March 2024 (after my first year was fine), with visitors independently confirming the smell as recently as Nov 2025, but management consistently denies any problem exists and refuses to enforce the policy. Some of the staff here at Autumn Creek are smokers themselves. The level of apathy regarding smoking issue inside the units is incredible. They even suggested I move early to "solve" it, rather than address violating tenants. Inspections happen twice yearly with advance notice (giving smokers time to clean/air out), and management enters units whether you're home or not. The health toll has been real: breathing issues, sleep disruption, chronic sinus problems from secondhand smoke exposure. I had to wear a mask inside my own paid apartment. My detailed reviews on Google and ApartmentRatings have all mysteriously disappeared or been buried after management responded. Search "Autumn Creek smoke" to find them. I'm leaving Feb 2026 gladly. Future renters I recommend you document everything. Get your own human witnesses and a camera pen (super cheap) to record meetings. Do not trust the staff to back you up, and take pictures of everything at move-in.

There is all sorts of interesting stuff in it, including a dog grooming place, a haircutting place, a really nice gym, a massage studio, a place for a quick breakfast or lunch, a nice high-end restaurant. There's also plenty of offstreet parking for the tenants. It isn't covered. There one and two bedroom apartments here. The way they reuse the reclaim space is really nice. I can't say enough about this space. Update 140 2021

There were roast…read morebeef, turkey and chickpea sliders, cheese, fruit and chocolate platters and several spreads which could be enjoyed on bagel toast pieces or pieces of baguette. The spreads included a chopped olive tapas, a apricot mostarda and a caramelized onion dish. These could be enjoyed on the toast points or along with the roasted garlic goat cheese. There was also a cash bar. The event was a way for several merchants to display their wares, among them Blue Table Chocolates, Tommyrotter Distillery, Rebel Ride and several artisans. The wait staff was great, replenishing the various platters and serving trays of tasty mini-potato pancakes and boneless chicken wing bites throughout the evening. They also picked up plates, cans and bottles, taking them back to the kitchen for disposal vs. there being many unsightly trash cans throughout the room. This also added to the event, making the room more attractive.

Yay no more huge home or property to keep up. This is the perfect place for us. The apartments are very quiet, I have never heard one sound from the adjacent apartments and the property is well maintained. They allow pets so have out little dog and cat. All in all we are very happy with this move. Oh and the staff, both the office and maintenance, have been great.

Not the place to live if you want peace, quiet and above all PRIVACY!…read more I've lived here for several months, and while the property itself is nice, there are several ongoing issues that make it difficult to fully enjoy living here. First, the constant door slamming is disruptive at all hours of the day and night. It echoes through the hallways and makes it hard to have any peace and quiet in your own apartment. On top of that, kids often run up and down the hallways without supervision, which adds to the noise level and can be frustrating for anyone trying to work from home, rest, or just relax. Another concern is the gym area. Children are frequently left unattended there, using equipment that isn't safe for them and making it uncomfortable for residents who are trying to work out. It really feels like a lack of oversight on management's part. Finally, one of the neighbors has cameras set up outside her apartment door, pointed into the common hallway as well as cameras pointing to the parking lot. It feels intrusive knowing that everything residents do--coming and going from their apartments, carrying groceries, greeting guests--is being recorded. Common areas are meant to be shared respectfully, not monitored by another tenant. Overall, this could be a great place to live, but until management takes steps to address noise issues, enforce rules in shared spaces, and deal with privacy concerns, it falls short of being a comfortable and welcoming community.
