Super friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable in a pretty small establishment as compared to other ranges I have been to in FL. However, unlike the other ranges I visited in the sunshine state, these guys have a good selection of fully auto rifles... even a belt fed! Handgun wise, their selection was not as impressive as other places I have visited. The family and I had an awesome time with their full auto AK. As a first timer, I have nothing to compare to. We were walk ins and found the staff friendly and helpful. The staff helped us choose weapons, a pistol and an AR-15, and the range safety guide helped and stayed with us the whole time as there appeared to be more experienced shooters in other lanes. Other first time shooters appeared to be European tourists who were warmly welcomed and a group of ladies appeared to be regulars. However, the guy reeking of marijuana was firmly but politely asked to leave. Overall a great experience. read more

They showed us how to hold it, load it and how to fire it. They answered all the questions we had and looked after us. They had a great selections of various firearms. First time been to a shooting range and it was fun and interesting. I was super nervous because it was my first time shooting guns and I didn't want to be in the news for misfiring and injuring anyone else. The people in the front desk were very knowledgeable and provided us with a very good tutorial on what we should be doing inside the shooting range from how to position the guns, loading, unloading, and safety measures. In addition, this place offered a variety of hand guns and semi auto guns. The rates were great compared to other places in FL. I would say the rates are acceptable and great to try out multiple gun types. I wanted to try out the Dessert Eagle handgun but I was well recommended by their staff not to especially being my first time and the recoil could injure me and/or create an accident. i was in town visiting friends in downtown orlando. this was a nice little indoor range. (6 lanes) it's a little small and it's in a little bit of a weird part of town (orange county jail is very close by) but it didn't matter. the guys in the front were very nice and polite, helpful, no attitude at all. we rented 2 glocks. 9mm and 22 . standard procedure to rent guns as any other range i've been to. standard prices. the range officer RICK was so nice and friendly. had a pleasant time. i would return. i'm ex military and first responder. read more

In the spirit of full disclosure, I am not a gun person. Guns, and those we were them, make my uncomfortable. But my son wanted to do this and I promised him I would. They promote $15 range fee. I knew I would need to pay to rent the guns, bullets and other fees, but I did not expect to shoot two guns it would cost $137. Had I asked more questions ahead of time I would have been better prepared. The staff were all excellent. Despite locating in "sketchy" area, the staffs are awesome, where each member are very helpful and quite knowledgeable about the guns in terms of how to handle it and shooting techniques. Knowing that this is my first time, they takes the time to walk me through the process and show me how to maneuver the gun (loading and unloading). The shooting gallery was a bit busy when I came but the waiting time was only about 10 minutes or so. They have in stocks a great selection of guns and riffle. Great prices, great people. Selection is nice and they are always upfront and honest with you. Very knowledgeable and happy to share with you as well. This was the first place I've found in central Florida that is more about the hobby than the money when discussing options and were able to show me an array of sights that were actually powered so I could find the right one for my eye condition. We came in on a Saturday afternoon, right before a crowd of folks that looked like they were part of a tour. It's not in the best area but I felt safe enough walking in. I was offered a bunch of different handgun and long guns, and went with a Glock 17. They have everything on site for you, including eye and ear protection. The indoor range is a little small--I wish the two parties had been more distanced instead of being set in the ranges directly beside me, but it's a minor quibble. Most guests wore face coverings, staff did not. There was a little air flow in the range but I kept my mask on. The staff was polite and helpful when I had a newbie question, never making me feel foolish for not knowing. For beginners, recommend a high neck shirt. All the employees were extremely professional. They are also very polite and professional with POC, unlike many other shooting ranges in the area. The blonde lady behind the counter had patience when she taught us how to properly utilize some of the weapons available. Never had a range demand they go through every pocket in my bag when I walk in, and fully inspect my single-action six-shooter. Also kinda strange that they insist you surrender your gov't ID before you can use the range, even if you don't rent anything from them. Either way, prices are okay, but the space is so cramped and their range is only 5 lanes. It's good to just stop in, but expect a wait before you can get a lane. read more

I was there today with a friend when aaron was the range officer. We had 2 lanes and we were transferring the gun between both lanes when aaron said that is not allowed which we understood. My friend told him we want to use the other lane and he can transfer the gun since we are not allowed to do it. His exact words were: "I DONT NEED YOUR FU**ING PERMISSION TO DO THAT". I'm not sure why he was this rude, but management needs to review cctv footage and see why he was acting this way. I used to come here often but this will be my last time. There's plenty of ranges in Orlando, I highly suggest you go to another one where the employees are nice to customers. read more

Went with a friend to check out the range (who is a first-time shooter) as I am a firearms instructor and am looking for a new range to take my students. I liked the range, albeit small but the staff was super friendly. The staff all wore masks in the range. Once you check-in (via an electronic portal) they verify your ID (they will hold onto your ID while in the range) and if a lane is available they will assign you one. You can save time (recommend it) by going to their website and doing it online, so once you get there you can just go straight to the counter. Again the place is small and does fill up quickly, so anything you can do to save time is worth it. Equally, the parking lot is small and shared with other businesses, so that might be a problem depending on when you go. Pricing was reasonable and my friend even purchased a handgun from them. Overall I liked the place and plan to take future students there. read more

Went yesterday looking to shoot a machine gun. Asked about the mp5 and the desert eagle was rudely shut down like I was annoying the staff guy. I was talked to like I was a nuisance when I was a happy customer who came to have fun. Instead of having fun I was rushed and uneasy. I tried to make conversation to ask about the guns was basically spoken to in yes and no it wasn't busy there was one other customer there... I just went there looking for a good time but felt like a intruder. Maybe they dislike non Americans but I wasn't disrespectful or anything just friendly and looking to shoot. I originally was gonna spend 2 hours there instead just shot the gun and left. Every time I go there the good guns are being repaired. If you don't trust me to shoot the desert eagle or mp5 just say, why advertise it. I'm a very competent shooter even though i don't get to do it a lot in the uk. Didn't feel too safe at all. They wouldn't of cared if I got robbed as I left by the nearby criminals on bail. The range itself is worn and old. The doors are hard to open and close and the target holders swing wonky. The ear pro is fine and the guns they let intruders like me shoot are nice but very worn. Not impressed didn't feel welcome or safe at all I'm paying money to have fun not just shoot pointlessly. If the range isn't meant for entertainment don't advertise to tourists and label it as a self defence range where that mean attitude will fit right in. The facilities are perfectly fine but need a welcoming atmosphere. If the serious atmosphere is on purpose to deter idiots from being silly with guns I would advise you to welcome people properly so they feel comfortable. Then have a serious chat afterwards before they go into the range. It ruined my experience and made me feel unsafe and unwelcome and cost you money that I didn't spend. This is the second time I've been there went last year and was treated vastly differently. Last time I felt welcome and safe not this time. read more

This is the least prefered Gun Range I've ever been to. They get +1 star because they have fully automatic rifles to rent, but the place is just grungy and the clientel is kind of shady. The guy working there wore a pretty old muscle tshirt and flip flops..didn't really seem that professional. Some other guy was there wearing a suit speaking SO loud obviously trying to sell some type gun class. The sign outside indicates "free range time" however you have to pay $10 per hour per lane.. The place is small..not really located in the best part of town. They have about 6 lanes. The inside lobby is kinda outdated..they have a clear view of a little gun shop repair area with tools everywhere complete with the smell of spraypaint and WD 40. Didn't see much of a big gun purchase selection but they do have a lot of rentals to chose from. Once you're in the actual shooting range, it's just like any other range-it's alright-very spacious shooting area, you don't feel "crammed" in there if you're with a few other people, so that's a plus. If you want to go there just to shoot...and are in the area I guess go for it. To me, this is a super shitty part of town. You have your Orange County Jail house right across the street, and every single place you look is Bail Bond..so it's not the best part of town. read more

Because our son has been shooting these guns for 3 years. He's 13. He had planned his day around this activity. Waited since 6am for them to open at 10. Arrived to find that he couldn't do it because he isn't 15. When my husband asked the extremely rude man why they would market themselves as fun for the entire family?
