They have a lot of unique items that you won't find anywhere else. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Some of the items were pricey, but others were cheap. They have a section of voucher only merch earmarked for immigrants and others getting established. They also provide new linens and beds. Some of the English speaking voucher recipients are loud and greedy. This would be a five star review, but there is man back where they sort donations. He can be heard in most of the store because he uses a vibrator to speak, probably due to a laryngectomy. This man dictates prices. He also sets low prices on certain items for him to buy himself. He brags about having barns full of stuff. He also has them set aside items to sell on Facebook, but cross borders has nothing listed for sale on Facebook. Seems a little shady, but they do help people get settled, so I will still shop there.
