The perfectly cooked runny egg yolk made for some messy eating, and I would have preferred a spicier chorizo, but I tend to like things a bit spicier than the average bear, and I really don't mind getting a bit messy. Full disclosure, we actually came here 4 times in one week! That's how good this place is! And dare I say this, but the churros here come very close to Disneyland churros. While Disney churros are known for its size, soft and pillowy inside, crunchy on the outside and super flavorful, San Churros is a smaller version of that.
