I was pleased until the lady said she pushed my power button into the down position and was stuck down. When I dropped it off, it was stuck in the up position to begin with, and it wasn't easy to push down, so I never forced it. I know you have to turn on and off the machine. The issue is that it looks like the button was forced down. Then, when I got home and tried lifting the presser foot with the lever, it snapped with no effort. I called the store, and they said they would look at it. I brought it in today, and she immediately said that it wasn't their responsibility even though it wasn't broken when I dropped it off. She claimed it was fine when I picked it up. I made the mistake of trusting them and not opening the case to inspect my machine before leaving. I'm taking my business elsewhere, its not worth risking your sewing machine with them.
