    My savings account hacked and 5000.00 was taken out.I reported it right away to the main Us Bank…read morefraud department.They locked my account.I waited 30 min. on the phone for this by the way.The next day I went to the branch at 5250 Central Ave.I talked to Gus.He set up a new account and all the other hoops that come with it.He had no clue how I got ripped off.He gave me a temp debit card to use.After this I needed to get in touch with him.No call back.Yesterday I get an e mail that the transfer was returned to me.WTF? I still can't get into my account to see whats going on.Today is Friday.I've called Gus 3 times since yesterday and e mailed him.No reply.There is no way he can be that busy.This is important and he keeps blowing me off.I called the branch too.I couldn't talk to a real person This NOT how you treat customers.!!!Time for a new bank. This is BS. !!!

    Saturday morning. My somewhat negative experience began when…read moreI tried calling and repeatedly and got no answer. Two different branch locations. That's not cool, USBank. At the bank itself, I waited over an hour to get my 1-minute issue addressed. That's ok, times are challenging. The staff I associated with were all friendly and appeared to be hard working. I can handle slow service (waiting); but I think no service (ignoring your phones altogether) is unacceptable. That said, I won't be in a rush to change banks over this, but it will weigh on my mind when the time comes to reconsider my banking options. The slow service: 3 stars The friendly service: 5 stars The unanswered calls: 1 star
