At the bank itself, I waited over an hour to get my 1-minute issue addressed. That's ok, times are challenging. The staff I associated with were all friendly and appeared to be hard working. I can handle slow service (waiting); but I think no service (ignoring your phones altogether) is unacceptable. That said, I won't be in a rush to change banks over this, but it will weigh on my mind when the time comes to reconsider my banking options. The building looks brand new…read more When you walk in, everything is so well laid out in a circular building, with bright colors and happy paintings on the walls. Best of all they have friendly tellers and that cafe section is the winner for me! They have those amazing latte and espresso maker machines for customers! Definitely the big draw for me to go to this branch compared to the one on Central Avenue.
