Imagine my surprise when I found out that she was centrally located in the middle of downtown Melbourne, hidden in the back of a quaint old-fashioned barber shop. She was incredibly nice and uber professional. Her price point was unbelievably reasonable. The end result speaks for itself (I uploaded a picture of the before and after). She also had a cute pre-made kit ready for me to take with all the essential items I needed to make sure it healed properly. I came back three weeks later for the touch-up and couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend her and can't wait to go back when the time comes to get them re-touched. This is the best thing I've done for myself , it's amazing how important great eyebrows can change the look of your whole face for the better. Rhonda is a perfectionist , she spent about 45 minutes to an hour just measuring out the frame on my face, then had me make several expressions to make sure they looked even. She was extra careful about contamination and explained how she was using sterile, unused equipment on me that no one else uses. She explained everything in great detail and was extremely professional. She applied a numbing cream as well and I did not feel one thing throughout the entire process.
