They went out of their way to help me find a specific set of scrubs I'd been wanting for a while, and with the huge selection they have (seriously feels like every brand out there), I ended up leaving with a set I loved at first sight! The owner also offers hemming and tailoring to make sure everything fits perfectly, and was super kind and easy to talk to the whole time. This is 100% going to be my go-to spot for scrubs all through nursing school and my future career. This year we decided to have them do our baseball teams uniforms and hats. We ordered 30 snapback hats for both the players and parents. The hats came in and unfortunately they were all Velcro and they offered to either sell them to us at a cheaper price or re-order but it would take another six weeks to come. We decided to re-order since that's what the whole team wanted to do, and then I had to pay out-of-pocket for at least the players hats so they would have one for tournaments. Once the new shipment came in, I was called to be made aware that they were there. I asked what we owed on the order and if it was possible to receive a discount on the hats since the mess up was on their end, and cost us another six weeks and we only have two tournaments left for the fall season. Apparently, this set Mr. Gregory himself off- who then told me that the Velcro hats weren't messed up, and I should have just paid the lower price to keep those because I cost him more by ordering again even though it was their mistake and how dare I ask for a discount when he's out money- he then proceeded to scream at me that he doesn't care if he loses my business or anyone on our team business and then hung up on me. I would have paid for the hats, and although I might have been a little annoyed that he did not give us a discount for his mistake,, I would have paid for them regardless if he knew how to act like a grown-up whenever having a conversation with someone who he is not a agreeing with. If there was a way to post the recording of our phone conversation on here, I would have because I have more respectful conversations with my 10-year-old. If you are looking for something in store- I'm sure it would be fine to buy here. So, I asked could I return what I was buying if they are the wrong color and he replied "No, there are kids in school." I didn't understand what kids in school had to do with me buying uniforms for my profession. So I asked "May I take a photo to confirm they are the right color?". The reply was "No!" And he hid the clothing. Which brought me to the conclusion not to ever return or spend one penny at this business since the customer service was horrible. If you talk to the owner Santi, he can most definitely help you out and special order you whatever you need for your child. I wasn't too sure about what size my friend's daughter needed, but after discussing with him I decided to order it and if it didn't fit he would gladly order the correct size for her with no added charge, the only way you can special order is to pay in advance so that way you lock your order in and no one else can take it, which makes a whole lot of sense. They have a lady does that some cheap but good alterations for most basic alterations. This place also carries work, medical, and chef wear uniform!
