I advised the sales associate I was starting a new job and they had very strict guidelines as to what color we could wear. So, I asked could I return what I was buying if they are the wrong color and he replied "No, there are kids in school." I didn't understand what kids in school had to do with me buying uniforms for my profession. So I asked "May I take a photo to confirm they are the right color?". The reply was "No!" And he hid the clothing. Which brought me to the conclusion not to ever return or spend one penny at this business since the customer service was horrible. After I looked around I never saw a sign stating no returns. I personally would discourage anyone from shopping here.

If you talk to the owner Santi, he can most definitely help you out and special order you whatever you need for your child. I wasn't too sure about what size my friend's daughter needed, but after discussing with him I decided to order it and if it didn't fit he would gladly order the correct size for her with no added charge, the only way you can special order is to pay in advance so that way you lock your order in and no one else can take it, which makes a whole lot of sense. They have a lady does that some cheap but good alterations for most basic alterations. This place also carries work, medical, and chef wear uniform!

This store is 15 miles away from my house & I made a trip up here, on the way to somewhere else we have to be in less than an hour. When we walk in, I notice at least 20 different parties waiting. I'm approached by an employee with a tablet, he is wanting to add me to the "queue" . To shop? To buy one item that I can see just over the counter? I was told they have to service each customer in order, no matter what they need to purchase. I'm staring right at the tie I need to buy ... 45 minute wait to be able to purchase & leave. WHAT ?? Weird way to do business. As I write this, I cringe because in less than a week, we need this item, so I'm going to have to go back... and wait...

Sadly, I was not even the one who…read morereceived the horrible experience, but I feel like I was because my wife recounted EVERY SINGLE visit she had with this business. I guess when you are the only game in town, you feel you have the right to treat your customers like they actually owe YOU. So, here is the abridged version of my wife's experience: My daughter is a bit small in stature. Not even on the growth charts for her age at this point. Because of this, they went to the store to be sized. Being frugally minded, we used the opportunity to be properly sized and use that info to check with the local uniform exchange for her school. Naturally, we struck out and headed to the store to purchase new uniforms for my daughter only to be informed that they don't actually sell that size for her school nor could they get it for her. Never mind the fact that they knew where she was attending when she was sized and also knew that they did not sell that size... After much BS, uniforms were acquired. Now, as you all know, there are several other components to these uniforms, so we purchased them at this store. My wife used cash in case there was a need for a return to make things quicker and easier. Well, as you would guess, a return needed to be made as uniform requirements changed and she found some other items through the exchange. When she went to the store, waited in line for close to an hour, she was informed that she would not receive her refund. In fact, she would have to wait 10-14 days for a money order to be sent to her. Now, this may have been a policy when people still actually used checks, but this is cash. Guaranteed funds... Yet, she is expected to wait. When my wife questioned this policy, she was met with a gruff and exasperated attitude. She was informed that that is just the way it is. She further informed the lady at the store that there is no posted policy or any such indication on her receipt. The response? "I know its not on there. But that is just the way it is." I'm sorry, but that policy is beyond unnecessary. Cash should be returned immediately. Here is a fun policy change to consider: Since you want us to wait 14 days for a refund for cash, how about we hold the merchandise until the refund is received. OR, how about all customers have the option to wait 10-14 days to pay for what they took out of your store? Long story, short? Customer service is non-existent here. Businesses today thrive on the thank you economy. An economy I am an expert at. Now, this is not a niche I really care about, but I am a highly motivated and aggressive entrepreneur, and we joked about opening our own store after our first visit there. I even had some co-workers make the same comment to me... Well, guess what. You wont be the only game in town for long. You upset my wife... You might as well have come into my house and crapped on my floor while I was trying to watch ANW. Get ready... I don't compete in business. I dominate.
