I ordered a T-shirt and a sweatshirt through a pop-up shop set up with an organization I belong to…read moreset up. I received my items and found that the screen print on the front of the sweatshirt was slightly off center. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't deal with it, but this T-shirt was slanted lower on one side than the other. I contacted the business about the replacement, and they sent me a new T-shirt and it was worse. I contacted the business again, and the lack of professionalism from this Jackie person was unacceptable. Having sent several pictures of both shirts, this is the text message I received: Are you talking about the new one? I measured it after it was printed, and it was within 1/8 of an inch from the top of the seams to the O and the A in Oklahoma. Industry standard is within 1/4 of an inch. It is unreasonable to spend 10 minutes measuring each shirt to be exactly 100% centered before printing but we are very careful. I was surprised you reached out the first time and cannot tell at all in your pictures what is crooked and you stating it's hard to see I think proves my point. It is hard to tell in the photos. This is true but when I hold the shirt up, parallel with the ground or another flat object, you can clearly see the design is crooked. My response to her is as follows: I am talking about the new one. It is crooked. I held it up and it's slanted and that last picture is of the new shirt. The picture in the pink room is me wearing the shirt and you can see it's obviously not straight. In the next picture as in the last one the shirt is folded right at the armpit seams, and you can see the design is not even. If it is folded in the same place, then either the shirt is not sewn together correctly, or the design is off. Her last response: I don't know what to tell you. I measured it with a sewing ruler, and it is not crooked. I did not know I needed to take pictures of that to prove it to you. I cannot keep replacing shirts for you that you insist are crooked especially if you are not even measuring them. This store did not hit a single minimum order, and I made exceptions and took a loss to begin with and they replaced your shirt although it looks fine in the pictures, I don't know what you want from me at this point. At that point I just asked for a refund and told her we could part ways. I personally would never order from this group again. The unprofessional attitude, again, is unacceptable. Allegedly this business been around for a while and I guess that may be true since their website looks like it was created by America Online.

Willie at Fully Promoted sent over pics of samples (logo sewed to size displayed over shirts to be embroidered), we worked together to perfect the logo, colors, and size, and the shirts and hats they embroidered looked amazing, with better quality than the shop that had a much slower turnaround. Willie was sweet and positive and helpful through the entire process. We were so pleased we are having them handle all additional clothing as well as some new signage. I have been trying to get some company shirts made with stitch design since December. I have…read moreemailed them over my logo and design multiple times along with calling anywhere from 7-10 times throughout the months that have passed and every time I call they take down my info and I am told they will get back with me shortly and to this day I still have no pricing or have an order going with them. I called today again and I was told that the owner was busy with another client and they would call me back shortly after and the whole day passed and never heard anything back. I was wanting to support a local business and keep the money in small shops rather than order items online but at this point I will probably go ahead and order through a large company due to the lack of interest from this company.
