AND the shirts looked GREAT! Good quality and clean print (a couple weeks earlier I ordered shirts, from an online store, with a logo printed on the back and it bled through to the front leaving a reversed ghost logo... sure, we got replacement shirts, but it was a week after the event we needed them for -- disappointed, at least); our Fast Stitch prints were crisp and clean -- great job! I'm still fairly unfamiliar with the Oklahoma City area, so I don't know where to go locally to get what I need here yet. Every online shirt printer I tried simply said my requested timeline couldn't be met -- Fast Stitch DID the un-doable and did it with a smile and a true helping hand, this was a great reminder to buy local first and NOW I have my local shirt printer for life! I asked if it was possible for my name and any medical symbol such as a stethoscope or a caduceus to be added to my bag. He said he's never been asked to embroider anything medical. That to me is hard to believe but maybe not but as a company you would think you would go out his way to get the symbol and offer it to a customer. He said he could get the pattern online but he'd have to pay $5 and I would have to pay that fee. I just said no thanks and walked out. I called several companies after that and every one else offers medical symbols. It's in a book you choose from. They need to do better at this place. Friendlier and more options. Willie at Fully Promoted sent over pics of samples (logo sewed to size displayed over shirts to be embroidered), we worked together to perfect the logo, colors, and size, and the shirts and hats they embroidered looked amazing, with better quality than the shop that had a much slower turnaround. Willie was sweet and positive and helpful through the entire process. We were so pleased we are having them handle all additional clothing as well as some new signage.
