The teachers are rude, not friendly, don't greet you, child hated being there. Staff complained about being under paid - what a joke

    Precious Memories Day Care

This day care is filthy, many parents bring their children when ill and passes the germs to other…read morechildren. Their billing practices are fraudulent. They took full fee from my daughter after she was approved by Coordinated Child Care and refuse to refund my money. Additionally, they verbally agreed that with ample notification of absence ie illness, dr appt etc I could pay a daily fee of 32.00 [where would I come up with this if I wasn't told?] they recinded the verbal agreement and expect payment for a week when my grandson had surgery and two previous dr appts that they were aware of with at least two weeks notification. They collected the full fee on 2 weeks when they were compensated by the State which is double dipping and fraud. My grandson comes home FILTHY and needs an immediate bath daily beyond normal play,. On 2 occasions he was attacked by another child and the daycare personell did report to my daughter but minimized and this child continues to remain at the daycare. They never sent my daughter a statement with their tax id for taxes and I had to chase them for it. The director is never on site and leaves the management to staff. I am not sure if their license is up to date or if they are under compliance. My daughter is changing providers asap and we are reporting them to consumer agencies as well as to the state regarding the fraud. We tried to rectify this by verbal and letter and were met with hostility and extortive practices. Steer clear of Precious Memories.

I've been to child care centers..this is worst place to be..I walked in expecting great care...far…read morefrom it..the center how they passed inspection is beyond me..I will be calling state to inspect..if they knew how this is run..it would not be still running...My advice don't send kids there...its not run right..the ratio is wrong and kids should not be all in one room...there should be multiple section not one top of the other...it was nice setup when inspection took place but not its a disgrace,...the owners should be educated on to run a daycare...I cant believe it...

So I left a yelp review and they business itself reported it in a way basically saying "Your…read morecontributions should be unbiased and objective. For example, you shouldn't write reviews of your own business or employer, your friends' or relatives' business, your peers or competitors in your industry, or businesses in your networking group." I have never worked for this business. I am a concerned parent. I had two children that I entrusted this daycare to keep my children safe. They failed miserably. My husband even told me not to send them back. I have spoken to employees that currently work there and that have also left as well. I have spoken to other parents as well. I trusted this daycare to take care of my children while I was at work. My oldest told me "mom they yell at people and talk about us kids like we don't exist. They act like we can't hear them or understand them because we are children, I don't like how they treat my sibling and allow other children to be rough around her." My oldest begged me not to go back. He told me that his sister fell and a staff member did nothing about it and she was screaming and no one cared. He even told me some staff members discipline some children like they're their own and that they spank them. He told me one lady threatened to spank him if he didn't listen to her. Another lady told him that he talked too much and that if he were her kid she would tape his mouth shut. Look kids listen and repeat to us as their parents. I'm concerned for how these staff member treat these kids. Walking into a building that looks like an old department store versus a daycare is a bit worrisome. My son told me that his sister started crawling onto the cement floor and started to stand up and no one was watching her. She fell on her head and screamed and when he went to rush over he was told by someone to get back to where he belonged and he listened but no one picked up his sister until she wouldn't stop screaming. I've seen staff members on their phones and talking to one another and not paying attention to the kids. I'm a concerned parent. I will not be silenced and I will keep making reviews on all platforms.

Do I recommend this daycare? No. We were with this daycare for about two years. First year was…read moregreat. In the last year there was one thing after another that went wrong. Lice went around daycare. You were only notified through a app when there was a lice outbreak. No letters sent home or notes on any doors. When I left the employee accused my daughter of bringing it to the center. The director that worked in the same building told me that a kid had it the week before she got it. My fiance worked on the road so we did end up paying when he returned and this was okay with the owner. If this was no okay then something should have been said. Many people walked out without paying the owner what they owed. We paid the owner everything that we owed before we left. My daughter ended up getting a simple bruise from playing at the center. Yes it happens they are kids! It was not a big deal until I had three different teachers tell me 3 different stories. The day I left the daycare they did not give back all the bottles that were mine they simply told me the owner would call me. Ok. No problem. I never got a call. So I reached out the next day and was told they only had one bottle. I then told her I was not leaving a good review for them because of all the issues that happened. I had a employee talk to me about my finances that were between us and the owner. I am not sure why her employee knew this or felt the need to bring this up to me when she reached out to me. It was not her say to discuss my finances with the daycare. I feel the owner should have reached out to me and NOT one of her employees. I have attached the word by word of the text that was sent by the employee that cares for the children at the daycare. At the end of the day this is NOT how things should be handled with a daycare!! Cynthia you've been MONTHS behind on payment and still brought not one but BOTH of your children. Becky SHOULD NOT have allowed you to even walk through the door but she did. Build a bridge, get over it and get your child more bottles and a new outfit. If you couldn't afford buying more things for your child and couldn't afford care then you shouldn't of had more kids‍ Good luck with your next daycare because they won't allow you to get away with HALF of the stuff Becky did
