I called Butler's this morning because the toilet in our rental house overflowed and plunging it didn't help. The septic system is very old and we had just had it pumped out a few months ago, so we were afraid this would be an expensive fix. The owner himself came out with a helper within a few hours of my call. They located the problem, fixed it, (as I watched, so I got a blow by blow as to what they needed to do) and then gave us good advice as to how to avoid the same problem in the future as well as what was likely to be needed down the road with the ancient system. After dealing with rossi rooter for an hour and being charged 340$ and them telling me there is an issue but not sure what it is an my bathrooms being flooded with sewage and gunk... called butlers they came out and let me tell you 10 mins they where here problem fixed... and less than half the cost. thank you again wish there was 10 stars. read more

We've been dealing with Butlers Septic Services for twenty years. 20 years, that's a long time. We have two homes and we've had issues on both which were corrected in a timely and professional matter. They've always been honest,reasonable and go out of there way to accommodate us. We just recently used them during the closing of one of our homes and everything went smoothly considering the challenging times were going through especially with the pandemic and the booming housing market in this area. I had a very disappointing experience with Butlers recently. My septic alarm began alarming on a Wednesday night. First thing Thursday morning I called Butler's and was sort of surprised by the unprofessional tone on the phone and lack of concern for my problem. They told me that they would be be there by 1pm because I had to be to work by 2pm. They never showed up and never even called to let me know they weren't coming. The next morning I called another company who was there within 90 minutes and showed my that since my pump was not functioning the sewage was backing up into the system and was about 10" under the witting conduit and if I didn't get it addressed that morning the sewage would have backed up into my finished basement. They were extremely unprofessional and unconcerned about my problem. If you expect good customer service, look elsewhere! read more

I totally agree with the last persons review, regarding the lack of professionalism and ended up going with someone else who was able to accommodate me within minutes. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. read more
