At first, we would just scroll through the site and see whats out there, while paying off debt and saving money for our downpayment. The first time Cathy messaged us to see what stage we were in and if we needed help....we didn't at the time. We explained we were just looking. She didn't pressure us, said keep her in mind when we were ready.....and we did. We got closer to being ready to buy a home, and we would message her with questions. When I moved in, I wasn't even assigned a mailbox...they told me to "try them all" to see which one worked. Rent increases happen with no property updates or communication, and maintenance enters units with little to no notice. The buildings themselves are quiet, but the walls are very thin...you can hear everything in nearby units. Management accepts and acts on unfounded complaints without investigating, so be sure to document everything. If one neighbor decides to blame every noise on you, management will not verify facts before threatening your lease!! This was specifically at Woodsage Apartments.
