I've done this for years so I knew what to expect. My hair has so many lowlights that I look like I dyed my hair. For some reason a second person cut my hair. She was very young and inexperienced. The cut was to go to my shoulders but is now 2 inches above my shoulders and very choppy. When she finished she just walked away to the cashier. She didn't show me the back or even ask if I was happy with the style. This experience cost me over $200. I gave them a good tip because when you don't people just think your cheap and not that your unhappy with your style. Now I know why I was able to get an appointment so soon. It's a shame. In the end the stylist only shaped one side of the buzzed undercut & when I asked for some layering on the rest the stylist literally looked at me and said, "No." I asked her again, "Please layer & trim the ends." She said, "No." Then I went to take a picture & she said, "No, no pictures. You can't take no pictures or video." I was so ready to get out of there and I spent an hour at home trying to fix it. We ended up going somewhere else the next day who actually listened & knew what they were doing. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
