Both Brendan and Garrison are extremely knowledgeable about growing businesses, human psychology and sociability. They are excellent teachers who take their time to explain things in a way that is actually understandable and actionable. I never feel rushed on calls, and I never feel like I am being talked at. It feels like a real conversation where they are listening first, then giving feedback that is specific to me and my situation. Something I appreciate a lot is how honest they are. They will hype you up when you are doing well but they will also tell you the truth when you are making excuses or letting fear drive decisions. I needed that. A lot of people will just tell you what you want to hear, but Brendan and Garrison actually care about results. They are direct while still being supportive and that balance is hard to find. It makes it feel like you are working with people who have standards and actually want you to level up. The biggest difference for me has been clarity and confidence. Before working with them I had a lot of ambition but my mind was all over the place. I would overthink, second guess myself, and waste time trying to be perfect instead of doing the work. They helped me simplify things and focus on what matters. They are very good at taking something that feels overwhelming and breaking it into smaller steps that you can actually execute on. It is not just motivation. It is structure. It is tools. It is a plan. It is also accountability, which I think is huge. They also understand people. Not in a corny way. In a real way. They know how to read situations, how to communicate, how to carry yourself, and how to handle pressure. They helped me think through how I show up in conversations, how I come across, and what I need to improve socially and professionally. That has helped me in business but also in my personal life. I have become more comfortable speaking up and taking initiative. I have also gotten better at being calm and composed, instead of letting stress take over. Another thing I like is that they practice what they preach. You can tell they have actually been in high level environments and they know what it takes. They do not give generic advice. They give examples, frameworks, and real feedback. They also follow up and check in which makes you feel like you are not alone in it. I have worked with coaches before and some of them feel transactional. This does not. It feels like they are invested in you as a person and not just as a customer. Overall I would highly recommend Brendan and Co. to anyone who is serious about improving themselves and building something bigger. If you are willing to be coached, willing to be honest with yourself, and willing to do the work, you will get a lot out of it.
