She stated directly, "I charge $35,000 to work with me, and I'm going to sit down with you and help you sort out your business if you sign up for the rest of it." Based on that statement, I invested several thousand dollars. When the time came, I discovered that the "half VIP day" was actually structured as a two-hour group session with approximately 20 participants. I received exactly nine minutes of her time. Nine minutes. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. There was no meaningful strategic support, no real business sorting, and no follow-up afterward. When I raised concerns about the clear discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered, there was no accountability and no attempt at repair. We have a serious problem right now, both in the coaching industry and in the world at large, with leaders who are unwilling to take accountability when there is a gap between marketing and reality.
