    amazing book store, with a lot of character. Staff is really nice and will order a book for you if they don't have it in stock.

    I notified the clerk or whatever he was called when I came in, I had EMF hypersensitivity, and I…read morewas in there for around 45 minutes, I brought in a few DVD's an Indiana 4 movie set and a few other things, they offered my $1.60 something cents for the DVD set and one other DVD. Of course I refused, I wasn't going to give away the items, then I got out $15 in silver change to pay for part of my purchase. The clerk seem fixated on my change I brought in, and while waiting to check out, after waiting 15 minutes for him to find all the games I was buying, he refuses to count my change, as if he didn't recognize what all the change even was or how to count it and kept passing me up for other customers, even though it was my turn. Then after waiting another 15-20 minutes all the while suffering from the EMF radiation from the other customers walking around and their wifi, he stops and pulls out his phone right in front of me and starts tinkering with it, instead of finishing checking me out. He and some of the regulars just stood there in awe, as every time the clerk opened his mouth, he inserted his foot in it, and somehow, I was the bad guy for him looking like a dunce, jerk, or whatever you want to call him. To top it all off after he passed me up for a third time and helped someone else, he mention not having enough help and that he was authorized allegedly to ban me for wanting to check out. Never again, ban all you want, it is irrelevant I will not be back.

    We recently bought a Blu-ray player along with several DVDs and Blu-rays from this location. Within…read morea week, we discovered that none of it worked properly -- the player itself was defective, and the discs either froze or failed to play entirely. When we brought everything back, we explained that we weren't just returning items -- we were returning non-functional equipment. Despite that, we were told no refunds -- store credit only. I can respect store credit for simple returns or buyer's remorse, but when you sell defective hardware and media, cash refunds should be standard. This wasn't a preference -- it was a product failure. We will use the store credit because we have no other choice. But once that's done, we will not be returning.
