I visited the Runhead today with my family, we were looking forward to it as we used to go there with my Nan and it has a play area for the kids. We were very disappointed to say the least, the food was all swimming in grease, my wrap had so much chilli in that I couldn't taste anything else, and my little boys meals were burnt. I did complain bt was only offered a replacement, I would have preferred my money back, there was no customer service at all. Disgusted and I will not be returning.
