This is the worst flooring business in Evansville, Indiana. They are rude and very un-reliable. We…read morehave been working with them for about a month and a half, including picking out samples, phone calls, deciding on the flooring, making a down payment for half of the estimated price. They scheduled a time and a date that they would come out and tear up the carpeting and lay a floor down. Everything was ready. We moved all of the furniture out of the rooms, which was not an easy task. This was for my very elderly mom with dementia I might add. This was all very confusing for her and very stressful. Guess what, they never showed up. They were supposed to be at the house at 9 AM. When we called them around 10 to find out why they weren't there yet, the owner tried to blame it on his receptionist and the receptionist tried to blame it on the owner. The owner said I guess the receptionist didn't put it on my schedule. Which was a lie because we were standing right there when she did it. This was over two weeks ago, that the appointment was made. So we decided not to do business with them at all and ask for the $4000 deposit back. This was after the owner said that they didn't know when they could make it out to her house or how long it would be in the future. The receptionist did not want to take no for an answer after we kept saying we wanted to cancel. I finally lost my temper and demanded the money back. She was very rude. We never even received an apology. Even after I explained to them all of the stress that this has caused my mom. This was so uncalled for. So I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I wish zero stars was an option. They honestly don't deserve one.
