They scheduled a time and a date that they would come out and tear up the carpeting and lay a floor down. Everything was ready. We moved all of the furniture out of the rooms, which was not an easy task. This was for my very elderly mom with dementia I might add. This was all very confusing for her and very stressful. Guess what, they never showed up. They were supposed to be at the house at 9 AM. When we called them around 10 to find out why they weren't there yet, the owner tried to blame it on his receptionist and the receptionist tried to blame it on the owner. The owner said I guess the receptionist didn't put it on my schedule. Which was a lie because we were standing right there when she did it. This was over two weeks ago, that the appointment was made. So we decided not to do business with them at all and ask for the $4000 deposit back. This was after the owner said that they didn't know when they could make it out to her house or how long it would be in the future. The receptionist did not want to take no for an answer after we kept saying we wanted to cancel. I finally lost my temper and demanded the money back. She was very rude. We never even received an apology. Even after I explained to them all of the stress that this has caused my mom. This was so uncalled for. So I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I wish zero stars was an option. They honestly don't deserve one.

Choosing our flooring and tile was fine, and the carpet installation was OK, but the LVT instillation was TERRIBLE! Just a few months after the instillation pieces started popping up. They have been back 4 times to "fix" it. They have used 2 different types of glue and neither have worked. In December of 2020 they said they would put in a claim to replace the flooring - five months later and nothing has been done! We've talked to a person in the claims department several times and she is very apologetic but she has no authority to do anything. We've spoken to her manager as well but that gets us nothing. The owner, Ken, will not speak to us. Not sure what else to do, but DO NOT have them install LVT, better yet, don't go there AT ALL!!

They left every entry way undone with no trim, flooring…read moreleft uneven, put flooring down in wrong direction, damaged newly painted walls, left ripped up carpet, over hang of existing carpet in entry way roll up and attached with no trim, the trim they placed along wall damaged and not attached, and if this is not horrible enough, I was told I have to caulk the trim on one side they were not putting trim there and that was my job to do that they wouldn't. None of this was told previously nor the lack of professionalism in the installation. So here I am left with what they called finished and in a new built home that is already damaged by Carpet's unlimited! To top it off the satisfaction survey call just called and I'm sitting here like when are you even going to finish the job!. Not fit to even install floor in the dog's house.
