First, I've been using Awesome Graphics since 2011 (or maybe 2010) and they are THE ONLY graphics…read morecompany I will use for my labels. I found them in a "last ditch effort" search for a short-run label company which wasn't charging an arm and a leg for a custom size and smaller order. I'm sure you've seen companies charge a fee of you want a special size they don't have....Like they have 2" and 2.5" but if you want 2.25", they add a huge fee. Or they charge a crazy fee for a custom die cut. Not the case here. This place gave me a killer deal on professional quality labels which look just beautiful so I have been hooked ever since. Customer service is outstanding and turnaround time was rather fast and I always get my order fast and perfect on the first time every time.

I needed some simple programs made for a next day memorial service. The graphic artist who I think…read morewas the owner was very rude and said this would take two weeks. There was no apology and no understanding that I had just lost a family member and I did not have two weeks. I went to Staples and they got the programs made in 15 minutes! I will go back to Staples for my next printing order and never to Awesome Graphics!

Nicholas represented me after I'd been rear-ended in a car accident / had a car accident. My car…read morehad been totaled and I had a concussion and some other medical issues. I'm a lawyer myself, so I know something about legal representation and the legal world. Nicholas's customer service and professionalism were extraordinary. He was extremely responsive, attentive and helpful. He helped me navigate the complex, intimidating process every step of the way, from the initial insurance claims and buying a new car, to filing everything correctly and creating careful records of all my treatments, to working with the insurance companies to cover my expenses and damages. I cannot imagine going through the process without him. I wouldn't have known what to do and would surely have finished the process with a far less favorable result - especially considering that I was dealing with a concussion and wasn't at my best. Nicholas answered all my phone calls and emails immediately, dropped documents off at my house, and was always cheerful and upbeat while also giving me a realistic picture of the hurdles we faced. As a young associate at Shillen and Mackal, he is building his practice and representation and is eager to deliver top notch service to his clients. I absolutely benefited from that. Nicholas has a strong network and knows many of Vermont's insurance adjustors, medical providers, lawyers, judges and mediators, which served me well. He studies current trends in Vermont and the likelihood of succeeding with various types of personal injury claims. All of his advice proved correct. I was delighted with the result. Nicholas left no stone unturned in representing me. I was also delighted with Nicholas's kind, sharp and thorough assistant, Bea, as well as everyone I came into contact with at Shillen and Mackal. Everyone was friendly, attentive and quick to respond. I absolutely recommend this firm. If you've had an injury, CALL Nicholas Seldon at Shillen and Mackal!

We recently used Boss Office Works for flyers for a trade show we were exhibiting at in the area,…read moreand they truly went above and beyond. Our original flyers were damaged on a Friday afternoon, and we needed replacements ready locally by Monday morning. Boss Office Works had our new flyers printed and ready for pickup later the same day. They also offered to stay open a bit late and coordinated an after-hours pickup so my colleague whose flight had been delayed by a storm could still stop by to get them on his way to his hotel instead of having to come back first thing in the morning, just before his event. That was tremendously helpful. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality was great. The photos came out crisp and the colors were nice and vibrant. Really appreciate the fast turnaround and the great support. Thank you!
