I'm a lawyer myself, so I know something about legal representation and the legal world. Nicholas's customer service and professionalism were extraordinary. He was extremely responsive, attentive and helpful. He helped me navigate the complex, intimidating process every step of the way, from the initial insurance claims and buying a new car, to filing everything correctly and creating careful records of all my treatments, to working with the insurance companies to cover my expenses and damages. I cannot imagine going through the process without him. I wouldn't have known what to do and would surely have finished the process with a far less favorable result - especially considering that I was dealing with a concussion and wasn't at my best. Nicholas answered all my phone calls and emails immediately, dropped documents off at my house, and was always cheerful and upbeat while also giving me a realistic picture of the hurdles we faced. As a young associate at Shillen and Mackal, he is building his practice and representation and is eager to deliver top notch service to his clients. I absolutely benefited from that. Nicholas has a strong network and knows many of Vermont's insurance adjustors, medical providers, lawyers, judges and mediators, which served me well. He studies current trends in Vermont and the likelihood of succeeding with various types of personal injury claims. All of his advice proved correct. I was delighted with the result. Nicholas left no stone unturned in representing me. I was also delighted with Nicholas's kind, sharp and thorough assistant, Bea, as well as everyone I came into contact with at Shillen and Mackal. Everyone was friendly, attentive and quick to respond. I absolutely recommend this firm. If you've had an injury, CALL Nicholas Seldon at Shillen and Mackal!

I found them in a "last ditch effort" search for a short-run label company which wasn't charging an arm and a leg for a custom size and smaller order. I'm sure you've seen companies charge a fee of you want a special size they don't have....Like they have 2" and 2.5" but if you want 2.25", they add a huge fee. Or they charge a crazy fee for a custom die cut. Not the case here. This place gave me a killer deal on professional quality labels which look just beautiful so I have been hooked ever since. Customer service is outstanding and turnaround time was rather fast and I always get my order fast and perfect on the first time every time.

Tristian Larson- Divorce Law…read more To say that divorce is never easy is an understatement of massive proportions- and the state of Vermont truly takes it to the next level of complication. If there was any state in which you would not want to represent yourself, even for a breakup considered "amicable", it would be here. When I began my divorce I started with a Rutland city lawyer, who informed me that I would be lucky to lose only half of my savings and income and that we should just offer my ex that up front- and he charged me $1,800 for that advice. I decided to seek a second opinion, and after looking a what seemed like an infinite amount of reviews I reached out to Tristian Larson of Larson and Gallivan. Tristian has become not only my advocate, but my friend and my hero. He has handled every aspect of my case with respect to me, and has also fought for justice for me with the energy and passion of someone that is family. Even months after my case had been finalized, when my ex began pursuing me again, Tristian responded to my emails immediately with detail and attention in spite of the fact my "case" was closed. Not only is Tristian Larson an amazing lawyer, he is a truly kind and compassionate human being, and I will be using him for all of my legal needs going forward. Posted on behalf of K. Young

Let's say it takes five min to set up then that means I was getting charged $350 plus for less than 9 min of cleaning. When I called to tell the owner he called me a liar. Again I have cameras that are time stamped. Ok that was great then when I actually got to the house the two stains were still there and as suspected, they did a lousy job. He refunded half my money and told me to never call again. Oh ok, don't worry, I won't. As a side note I have used Chem Dry at other property locations in MA and they did a great job.

Words can truly not express how amazing and wonderful Shillen Mackall & Seldon Law Firm is and has…read morebeen for A year and a half! I had a terrible accident two years ago and I was recommended to call this attorney that represented me. The lawyer that was recommended to me was too busy most of the time to talk to me. I mostly dealt with the paralegal who was not a compassionate person at all and caused me more stress than I already had in my life. They did not believe in me or my case. After six months of representing me I got a letter in the mail saying that they were dismissing me and would not represent me anymore! I was so upset but now looking back I realize it was a blessing! I called over 10 attorneys in the Vermont area. Each phone call I had to relieve my accident over and over again. Dennis Shillen was one of the attorneys that I spoke with and out of all the attorneys that I dealt with he was the most compassionate, kind and professional attorney. My husband and I drove up to Vermont to meet the attorneys in person and as soon as I walked in to Dennis's office I knew that this was the attorney that God sent to me. My husband and I spoke with Dennis for over an hour and a half and he was so patient and knowledgeable even though we were late for our appointment and it was a Friday night. Without hesitation I signed immediately with him and that was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life!!!! Just when I thought I couldn't be any more blessed from having somebody like Dennis representing me I spoke to his paralegal/office manager Kim of 28 years!!! Lisa was one of his office staff that I dealt with a lot. What is sweet caring person she is. But quite honestly every single person that I spoke with was always kind, compassionate, and made me feel that I knew them forever. Dennis and Kim would just call or email to see how I was feeling and how I was doing every couple of weeks. After every procedure or surgery that I had I knew that I will be getting a phone call from them to see if I was OK. I actually formed a very nice relationship with Kim the paralegal/office manager! Having a child with special needs is challenging enough and then to add my pain every day on top of it is sometimes too much to bear. I can honestly say that they Genuinely care about people And you are not just a number to them!!! They held my hand every step of the way and not once did I have a bad conversation with them and I called them a lot LOL. Never once did I have a negative email they were always so willing to answer any questions that I had and answer any emails that I had even on a weekend! This amazing, wonderful law firm believed in me 110% and was able to get me a very fair settlement! I am actually driving six hours in a few weeks so I could meet some of the office staff that I did not meet when I first signed on with them. Especially I am so looking forward to meeting Kim his paralegal/office manager because she has gotten me through a very difficult time of my life and I need to thank them in person!!! I am 58 years old and I have dealt with a lot of professional people in my life, heads of corporations etc. but never I have met such compassionate, professional, knowledgeable people like Dennis Shillen & Kim!!! Although I am so relieved that this chapter of my life is over and I will have to live in pain the rest of my life I will truly miss my Constant interaction that I had with them. There is no doubt in my mind that God sent these two angels in my life and I am eternally grateful to them and they're wonderful Law Firm. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul for getting me through one of the most horrific times of my life And always believing in me! Laurie McManus
