I also left this same review on google hoping that no one else will have the same experience that I…read moredid. My experience at Reblossom Consignment Boutique was horrible. My mother and I walked in and said hello to the woman in the front of the store and was greeted back with silence and ugly stares. The woman in the back of the store looks up and greets us in the same manor. They start having a conversation amongst themselves and that's when we realized we were not welcome in that store. If you are traveling and not from around the area I advise you not to spend your money at ReBlossom, don't even walk into the store if you have any type of melanin in your skin. Sometimes you forget how unkind the world can be but you'll be reminded in that business in downtown Marquette. If I could give this business 0 stars I would.

When I chose to do this, I was told they did not sell, but we were not able to locate them in the shop. I was also shown an ammended contract stating there was a10% pick up fee (not on my contract). When I finally spoke with the owner, she added that all items are rotated or donated, apparently at their discretion, apparently before the 60 days. She stated it is always written on contracts, (also not on mine!). The owner was extremely rude, ignored my guestions, and offered no apology or explaination on how this happened. I was treated rudely by her in the past, and will not return.

Nothing glamorous about coming to shop here, but this store is an essential one in the Upper…read moreMichigan town of Iron River. People bring donations of clothing, books or household items, which are in turn resold at startlingly low prices. Located on the edge of the "main street" shopping district, St. Vincent DePaul has a small parking area in front. Walk inside and you get the familiar "stale old stuff" smell - like clothes that need to be aired out. The first part of the store is all clothing for men, women and children. We rarely have found something good in this section. A little farther back, there's old records, cassettes and CD's in bins. Nothing fantastic unless you're into old-time country music or some really obscure audio documentaries. Then there's a kids section with toys and puzzles. We have found a few items there over the years, but it's mainly geared towards babies and some of the stuff just looks old. Best finds in the store are in the books section in back. We've bought a lot of their children's books on our annual visits to Michigan. For 25 cents, you can get some books that look barely used. Another area richly stocked is the section with dinnerware, mugs, glassware and kitchen gadgets. If you're looking for cheap, everyday dinnerware, chances are you'll find something you'll like with all the variety they carry, collected from local estates, I presume. While the Goodwill in Iron Mountain is a better store overall, St. Vincent de Paul is worth a glance anyway. You might come away with a bargain.

He swore and kept pounding his finger on a "No Dumping" sign taped to the back door. We were standing right there and rang the bell. St. Vincent's in Iron River can kiss off- I'll take my donations to Crystal Falls where they realize that donations are what make them possible.
