I got plain (3/5), pretzel (4/5), tomato basil with asiago (3.5/5), everything (3.5/5), blueberry (3.5/5), sesame (3.5/5), cinnamon (3/5), cranberry (3/5), and chocolate chip (4/5), with some repeats. All the bagels were really soft and chewy, too much so for me. The service was good, and the staff are friendly (4.5/5). The interior of the restaurant is well decorated and seems like a good spot to meet up (4/5)!

My kind recommendation from a local that wants y'all to grow and succeed - invest in technology and staff training immediately. We went on a few days that was crowded and busy. This coffee and bagel shop doesn't have true competition around, so for local patrons the options are limited. By the time we got to the counter after standing in a long line, the staff had run out of printer paper to take our order. So the team decided to handwrite our order (which then led to us receiving an incorrect order on top of a long wait) Now the food itself I give it a 4/5 (this is the potential part) As for the staff & ambiance/ atmosphere: 1/5 The staff was kind but they did not have the tools to be set up for success. To the management, stop making your staff look bad. We want to support and see yall flourish so please invest in their training and better pos technology to streamline the bottleneck at the counter. Also, better coffee options wouldn't hurt. Kind regards.

I had the steak, egg & cheese on red pepper and mozzarella bagel. The sandwich was filling without making you feel stuffed. The bagel itself is delicious. The steak and eggs could have used a little seasoning. Service - The food came out fairly quickly and the cashier was nice. Atmosphere - There are a few tables available for dine in. The walls are lined with records, as the decor is music themed. I dropped a couple of stars for the Fox News propoganda on the TV disturbing my peace. Would be better to show a more neutral station since this is a place of business, or better yet just play music instead since the cafe is music-themed. I meant, it's in the title!

We were greeted by the owner himself on arrival and were thanked that we came! And was also curious of how we heard about this place. Staff: The staff he has working for him are professional, super polite and knowledgeable about there items they sell. Facility: super clean and tidy Bagels: fluffy and dense with a smooth soft bite. Great flavor. If I'm being picky, I like my bagels with a little more crunch on top and a little tougher bite. The wife for a salt bagel, deff needed some more salt on it. Cream cheese spreads: assortment of spreads with great flavor. Cream cheese is a little more dense than my personal liking. Our orders: steak, egg and cheese bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese spreads on Asiago bagel. Con's: wasn't much steak in it and it was more small pieces of cheesesteak style meat cooked into the eggs. Sausage, egg and cheese on salt bagel. Con's: lack of salt on bagel and not much sausage. It was also cooked into the eggs. Jalapeño cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese. Overall: I would recommend to any bagel fan! Also, I forgot to snap a pic of the bagels but I can assure you they did not last long. The man himself said these bagels were good and we were certainly not let down!

And they offer just enough Schmear as an extra and will toast it for you. It is a quaint place that offers a place to hang out for a while. The staff was cordial not overly friendly and seemed really focused on the tasks at hand. I would have liked to have had a better breakfast bagel sandwich selection as that is what I was looking for but most of the offerings were on toasted bread.

The breakfast sandwiches and BLT are decently executed, but I'm REALLY not a fan of their bagels. Their bread (particularly the baguette) is fantastic, though. Note: it sells out quickly. You can still pick up your to-go order without having to deal with people. They now have a cute bookshop inside. They make their own cream cheese! Cons: If I'm paying $1.50 for an avocado add on, PLEASE don't let it be oxidized and brown and gross. This makes me sad. Parking is still a nightmare. See above about the bagels. I'm prepared for the hate I'm about to get, but I prefer Bruegger's...which is sad, as I'm sure they're produced and come in frozen. Prices have gone up, but that's to be expected. I would love, however, the option to not add on a side for less moolah. I don't want their straight from the bag chips, random baby carrots, or (somewhat icky) fruit. Depending on the timing, you may be able to get a seat. Or you may be fighting a soccer mom with 4 screaming toddlers just to pick up a to go order. Still a fan, but know what you're getting.

I was glad to try it on this visit. It's impressively large inside and so there's tons of space to spread out so you can have peace and quiet to work or read or space to gather with friends. It was fairly empty and quiet when I visited but it was later in the afternoon for a coffee. They also have a small selection of goods that would make nice gifts, such as tea bags and honey. The employee working was very nice and we chatted a little about the new specialty drink she was workshopping. The drink menu is creative and has a lot of different options. They also have sandwiches and other light lunch options. I asked her what her favorite drink was and she said she liked the honeybee latte (espresso with vanilla syrup and honey) extra sweet. I replied that I like a little coffee in my dessert and asked her to make me one. It was out quickly and looked yummy - maybe a tiny bit small for the price but nothing egregious. Overall, I liked the drink. The ground cinnamon on top was a nice touch. I'm glad she made it extra sweet because regular might not have been quite enough for me. I did think the vanilla had a slightly artificial taste to it that I didn't love, but it also wasn't egregious. I'd probably try a different latte if I return just to explore the other options and see if I found one I liked better, but again, overall, I was satisfied with my experience. This place is worth a visit if you're needing caffeine or a good place to hang out in the area.

And what a treat it is! The outdoor seating Sunday night dinner atmosphere is calm and content. String lights strung throughout large wooden beams overhead. Tables spread out. Decent seating. Not crowded. The wait staff appears friendly and attentive. But the food and beverage experience is what's most memorable - absolutely uniquely delicious and making everyone want more. To start, we ordered espresso martinis. Honey Seed served up a perfect blend of liquor, coffee, and cream. And a strong one! For an appetizer, we enjoyed the biggest and one of a kind shaped tator tots possibly in existence. The middle of each tasted like if a potato latke and a piece of cornbread got mashed up together. And the outsides look like fried onion strings. Best tator tots ever had. For our entrees, we decided to create a pizza combo, half bbq chicken and half burrata. Each so tasty! The bbq chicken side had caramelized onions and cilantro complimenting roasted chicken and the right amount of bbq drizzle. The burrata side had roasted garlic, spicy Calabrian peppers, fresh mozzarella, and the signature honey seed crust. We had leftovers and I plan to treat as many friends as possible to this local gem!

Oat milk or half and half were available. -No plastic knives for the cream cheese. We used wooden coffee stirrers which was fine but clumsy to navigate. -Not sure why reviews are so bad for bagels because they were fluffy with just the right amount of chew (close to NY style). I will say that after it being toasted, the bagel was not soft enough the day after to eat. But day-of, it was great. -Small seating area typical of little cafes. A few outdoor tables as well. -Very friendly service. Accommodating and welcoming to our child circus -the cheesy bagel isn't the typical Asiago most places carry, but an actual cheddar blend. Yummy.
