After much review we went with John Breuer. Our only contact was Dustin. We enjoyed his candor and straightforward advice. He offered all the options. Areas where we could consider saving some money, and areas where some additional money would add value. The numbers can get confusing with different contractors, but Dustin's estimate was more straightforward than some. In the end you have to go with your gut. Most of the project went pretty smoothly. Our township was unusually tough. Other neighbors confirmed. Maybe we wouldn't have had the stucco problems in the first place if they had looked as closely when the house was originally built. Most of the work was done within a month, but it was some of the finishing details that took some additional time. At no point did we feel ignored. Dustin kept us up to date. We had a lot done and I think the house was completed in a more timely fashion than some others. Additionally, during the process we had other contractors come to give estimates on various other items... like a new driveway. Each time we received unsolicited compliments on the quality of the work. That was nice to hear from people that know quality work when they see it. Also, the unsolicited compliments from others on the cosmetics were too numerous to count. The landscapers will be finishing up tomorrow and we can't wait for it all to be done. The house looks awesome. It can be scary to embark on a costly project like this. Throughout it all, Dustin and his crew were there. We would easily recommend them.

After pricing the job out, Dubs decided to replace the wood and not use aluminum because of price, so with the customer in mind, he chose to not use the aluminum because the material price has skyrocket like everything else. In my mind, what does he care, I would be paying for it but no, He chose to save me money!!!! So awesome. He told me he would do the primer and then paint after it had dried, which I was just thinking, primer one day, then come back and paint. When I came home last night, it looked like I had pulled into the wrong driveway, the update was PERFECT. I thought , wow, how did he get that done so fast?!! When I spoke to him today, he said he was able to prime and get one light coat of paint on. I told him it looked perfect and could actually leave as is. He insisted he was going to do another coat. So , while I knew prior to this second job at my house, this job really confirms the pride he takes in his work. It's sad that I am shocked to find someone that takes pride in their work but WOW!!!! I feel like when he's done with my house, it's going to look brand new. Also another thing that I was highly impressed with is that he asked me of I minded if he had helped someone else with a project while he was still doing mine. Of course I do not mind at all, this guy deserves to make money when it's available. And in no way has him helping someone else impacted what he was doing for me.
