Very unprofessional, not helpful in…read moreselecting a wedding dress that wouldn't require being remade to fit the bride, to the tune of $700! The bride would rush over for a fitting from work at Munson only to be told she would have to walk across the street to use the bathroom at a fast food restaurant because, "it's their policy not to let anyone use their bathroom". Are you kidding me!!!!!! plus this is for the only wedding they had scheduled for the month of February, so it's not like they had a lot of people in the shop. Bride wasn't scheduled to pick up dress until 2 days before wedding, then they tell her they are closed because she is sick. My daughter was so stressed. Finally she got ahold of owner who was not happy she had to run to the store unlock the door and hand my daughter the dress. My Mother owned a bridal shop so I know this is absolutely not how you run a bridal business or treat a bride.

Then I told her that the bigger two washers were not spinning between cycles and not really agitating either and she walked away from from me saying the owner was around. So I called the owner and this guy showed up. Not the owner, posing as the"owner " I told him and he said of course there is less time they're smaller washers. Apparently he couldn't comprehend that I was talking about two identical washers. Then he accused me of overloading the washers that weren't spinning. I have worked in a commercial laundry twice. I Know that it is impossible to fill up a washer so much that it doesn't spin between cycles or agitate. Then he told me that it is my fault if my clothes weren't clean. This is after the $1 increase per washer load, no matter what size washer! By the way the dryer time and temps have been adjusted too. I made the comment that the washers are 30 years old and he said how would you know were you here 30 years ago and I said yes. My advice pray the mancelona laundry opens up sooner than later!
