His experience, clarity and patience made the whole process much easier than it otherwise would have been. He was prompt and good humored in responding to the email questions with which we barraged him over several months, and helped us secure a very good resolution of issues that arose from the home inspection. When problems arose with the sellers at the time of closing, Brad came up with a fully satisfactory solution that protected our interests and worked out well for all. His legal fees were better than reasonable -- in fact, in view of how well he did his work, his services were a bargain. We feel extremely lucky that he was recommended to us by others; now it's our chance to pay the favor forward.

In response to the 1 star review left by someone about their daughter's experience. 1st of all, in order for ur taxes to b sent electronically u must physically go to the office to pay & u get all ur tax papers returned. 2ndly, there's no way that if the daughter didn't get her taxes & she called & went to the office that Northwest wouldn't have taken care of it. I'm assuming the final outcome was that she got her returns, so there had to b a problem that had a solution. Maybe there was a problem at the IRS's end, maybe initially the taxes mistakenly didn't get filed or possibly the daughter's ck didn't clear the bank. No matter what it was I'm sure she got her returns. So it would b nice if the parent who wrote the review would reveal what the problem was & how it was resolved. Not good to tarnish a business' reputation w/o all the facts. Thx
