The fresh crisp romaine is tossed in a tasty Caesar dressing with shredded Parmesan. They use polenta croutons, which are so unique and magnificent! Croutons are soft baked, light, crispy, served warm, and amazingly yummy! Personally, this is the best Caesar Salad I've had in Las Vegas, and with those polenta croutons, I would get this again in a heartbeat, it's really good! There's vanilla panna cotta which is a soft cream custard, topped with passion fruit jelly that is silky smooth and not too sweet. It comes with a lovely sweet and tart raspberry lime granita sorbet, fun passion fruit popping pearls, and crispy white meringue, all complement each other perfectly with outstanding flavor!
