On Monday 1-26-2017, my wife and I was on a phone call session over a meeting that we had over our son behavior over in the classroom at the school. She starting to bad mouth the school district with out doing she research over the school. She did make me upset because the lack of research over the school and its staff. We have stop seeing her as a counselor. BUT BE AWARE!!!! She can't her mouth closed over few client and their problems. she never mention any name but we know some of the problems. she has told us about she had a drug addict that she drug tested him (this was when see was at her out office in Dallas). at our last session she told us about the couple that see was seeing, that has been separated for over a year because the wife was cheating on the husband. Also with this couple the wife still cheating on the husband and he did not know. The only questions that I have is how many clients has she told about my wife and mine problems.

Most professional psychiatrist charge 200-250 a session her cost was 2500.00 for 5 sessions. She had said she would do an hour to hour and a half as needed and then it included 4-6 sessions. 4 to begin and if needed she would do an additonal 1-2. I did see some improvement in anxiety but not enough for the cost. So at the end of 4 she said she enjoyed meeting him. Well I asked for more bc I didnt see real improvement in the area that was needed, moving forward from a separation/divorce. So she honored it and gave another session. So 5 for 2500.00. Id not do it again. Not sure if just wasnt as open to being hypnotized or not ready to go so fast and move forward. But make sure you're ready to make your change or it likely won't work.

This led to our credit card being charged, instead of insurance we were planning on putting on file at her appointment. Even though services were not rendered, we understand they have a cancellation policy, but we at least wanted to resolve the situation and hoped for flexibility to bill our insurance. Instead of being reasonable, responsive, and assisting us, the receptionist was difficult to get ahold of and rude on more than one occasion. When she finally got back to us she told my wife she could have just had a telehealth appointment, except the appointment was already over, so it would of been impossible to attend. Insurance has yet to be billed as of this review. We feel it is very unprofessional way to go about this, while we are already going through a difficult situation. This has left a bad taste in our mouth regarding The Montfort Group, which is unfortunate because we really liked the therapist.
