Dotti called and asked me why I was not going to receive service this month. I told her that my FL home was a vacation property and I would not be there every month. She took upset with this and proceeded to tell me and pressure me into giving her a better answer as to why I wouldn't pay for a service even if I'm not physically there. So I did my best to re explain and she proceeded to get aggressive with her up selling by trying to offer me a quarterly or every two month plan. What I liked about live oak pest control for the first year of using them was I had the power in the beginning to pick and choose my appointments and if I did not want service they send you a text with the option yes or no. It was simple and then they had to mess it all up and loose a customer (myself) Due to poor man power and bad leadership. If your company doesn't want to take the money that I give and you have to try to use a aggressive tactic to try to shame me so I buy more of your services or just trusting people to show up at my house when I'm not there is not how I conduct business.....To wrap all of this up basically if you use live oak pest control and your not a "florida good boy " or basically someone established and living there full time they will try to run you for your money and then make it seem like your the problem when you don't comply. *^( florida good boy meaning the people they sent to my house all the time was a redneck person that was expecting me to be red neck or country too then when they find out your not like them they treat you differently and the demeanor in conversation is greatly shifted and a lot of god talk basically nothing to do with pest control ) this was my experience I hope others have had better.

I called them back and told them I would not be needing a cleanout just standard services like a quarterly program, they then informed me that their tech will make that determination and again I said no they will not I am former pest control and I know the process. Died twice, that is my yard, that Paul's Pest Control serviced did. They killed my new $8000 yard I…read morehad put down in October of 2025 and now 2026 they killed it again. Oh, they said nothing, no apology, just sent out technician to ad play sand to all the new bald spots in yard that they created. I ask technician when there done with spraying other people's yard with weed killer, do they clean out the tanks before going to someone house to spray fertilizer, they said NO, the product get diluted enough, that it won't harm yard. Well, they done this twice to me, the technician comes out to yard walks up the middle of yard and has a small stream spray, insted of a fan spray and hit speratic areas, not the whole yard, also watch out for schrubs that might have been in his path of spray, because they too are going to die, like my $200 Japanees Maple, dead now. I have filmed the techniican several times doing this scheulded vist. Same pattern every time, aren't they supposed to spray all my yard for $600 a year. Don't let the old name Paul's Pest Control fool you, my understanding they are under new ownership. Don't let all those five-star ratings fool you either, now a days those can be bought and paid for, on Google or anywhere else.
