Im someone who goes to the casino at least twice a month so i couldn't believe I've never heard of it. It was a lot smaller then the other casinos but i still love that they had some of my favorite games like little red and sparticus and even some I've never played at the bigger casinos. I like playing the 50 cent slots and they had a good amount of those. I haven't tried thier food yet but I had a really good time and I am planning on going back again soon. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Coffee available throughout the day in the main lobby. Highly trained hotel staff were so friendly and helpful throughout. And we had been gone only a short time when they called to say I had forgotten a phone charger in the room, and offered to save it for our next visit. And, of course, having the casino connected to the hotel was convenient so we could just walk over without going outside into 100+ degree heat. Special kudos to Amber at the front desk. I'm furious and in disbelief on the complete lack of customer service at this hotel! I was kicked out by the manager after being there for united and then politely complained about the cleanliness of the room.  I had a reservation for two separate rooms on Oct. 14th for 3 nights so I can visit and see my son off on an overseas deployment. I arrived at the hotel 30 minutes before "check in time" so if I wanted to go to my rooms I'd have to pay an additional $20 and since I just wanted to go see my son and had spent the last 11hours traveling from Oregon I paid so I can drop my luggage instead of sitting in lobby.  I went to my room, and right away noticed how unclean everything was and really expected a much nicer room with the higher cost than the other places I had stayed in Lawton over the past few years on previous visits. There was pubic hair on the bathroom floor, the floor around toilet had not been cleaned for sometime, there was a Bobby pin and hair under bathroom sink area, shower had mold, a dirty fridge with someone else's yogurt opened in it, two phone charger ports did not work at all I tried 3 cords, the pool and hot tub were scheduled to be closed for repairs on November 1st (one reason I picked this place was to use these) but both were covered in tons of leafs and a shopping bag in pool, so they had not been cleaned or usable for a while.  I went downstairs and was only polite and courteous and I was met with the upmost unprofessional manager I have ever met.  It was literally like I was being pranked on a TV show and I stood there in shock. After I explained and showed her the photos of the room she looked at me and said "ya it's not going to workout with you staying here you need to leave." I told her there's no where else, I travelled all day to visit some who's leaving and I'll just deal with it and clean it up myself, she said ummm no you need to get your stuff and find somewhere else.  I went back to my room grabbed my bags then stopped at desk and asked when refund would be issued since I just paid over $1200 for the two rooms, she said she was working on them and they be returned as fast as my bank allowed.  One room refunded and she has denied any other even after I provided Expedia all documentation, explanations. I was in the room for approximately 3 minutes and should not be charged for this room as I was not able to stay.  I'm not going to explain my whole life but I have 5 children and I don't have almost $500 to just toss to a hotel I never stayed at and had to scramble to find another one  week the Army was having a graduation ceremony.  I am appalled on how I was treated and this hotels manager is setting this kind of behavior for other employees that were standing there watching this unfold (4 employees). I will attempt to fight for my money to be returned and really hope that this employee is reprimand as this is completely unacceptable and she knew this was going to be the outcome.

To my delight, the rates for the room are still the same as they were in 2019 -- $99. Total. No taxes. No Resort Fees. Ninety-nine bucks. The room is super clean and well appointed, but if you're looking for square footage, this ain't it. If you've ever traveled through Japan or Europe, you'll be plenty comfortable. If you're a "looks for reasons to complain" type tourist, this room will be far, far too small for your liking, and you'll spend your stay on the phone to the front desk demanding a structural remodel so you can engage in whatever lascivious activity it is that needs all that real estate. The IHOP express is serviceable and reasonably priced. For a one-night stay, it's tolerable. If I were staying any longer than that, I would get mighty tired of its offerings mighty quickly. The casino has a lovely little bar in it with reasonably priced drinks ($4 beers ~$7 shots). It seems to have a lot of locals who use it as their main sports viewing location. Gets pretty smoky in there, so if you're sensitive to that, this ain't your place. The casino is strictly class II bingo slot machines and a couple table games. Given the choice, I only play video poker, of which there is none in this place. So, I took up a little money and decided that I'd play around on the slots. Much to my surprise, betting as little as I could possibly get away with, I hit a nice all-wilds pay on one machine and two mini bonuses on another. While that was nice, I still wouldn't recommend class II bingo machines for the long haul. Like at all. Then I sauntered over to the Jackpot Hold 'Em table. With a two dollar minimum, I was able to play for a good long while without too much concern as to whether I won or lost. I think I put in about two or three hours and came out exactly three dollars ahead. The frustrating part about that (not Treasure Valley's fault) is the ante you have to pay in Oklahoma. I figure that had I not been forced to pay that, I would've been up closer to $75 than $3. Consider this in ANY table game endeavors in Oklahoma. Contrary to my long-standing beliefs on the impossibilities of winning at class II and Oklahoma table games, I paid for my room and my bar tab via gambling on this trip. Overall, so long as you keep your expectations realistic, I think this is a nice little getaway spot that offers reasonable accommodations for a reasonable price. The employees were super friendly across the board, the locals were quick to share a joke or offer advice on how to play a given game, and they seemed more excited for me than I was any time I hit something that paid me.

The cabins of love (named for the River) are so remotes and peaceful! It's hard to believe I was only one hour from my house! We stayed in the rosebud cabin. We we the last cabin on the property, so we really did not see a single soul for 45 hours! Only a raccoon scared the crap out of us! The cabin had everything we needed to cook our meals (we had to bring our own food of course!). We relaxed in the hot tub that over looked the beautiful river! We were pleasantly surprised they did have a flat screen tv and plenty of DVDs and VHS. It was nice to watch a few movies and veg out! The ONLY thing I would bring next time would be a cutting board and my cropping knife! We both came back 100% rested and recharged!!! And even more in love!!! We will be back soon!!! Also if you do want to get out of the cabin... Win star Casino is close. We left early on a Friday to go to turner falls (45mins away) and Kelly the owner met us in town to get the keys.
