If I could give more than five stars I would! This is an exquisite spa located in a beautiful hotel! Each and every member of the staff has a smile and greeting for you. The spa team members, especially Citte, Rachel & Meredith, absolutely cannot do enough for you. My massage with Heather was both therapeutic and relaxing. And everything being decorated for the holidays so beautifully made it all so magnificent. Shout out also to Nick at the spa pool. He makes it an oasis. I also walked part of their nature trail and walked down to the beach--such a gorgeous spot. Hands down the best spa experience I've ever had. Not cheap--but worth every penny. SHINE ON, Bacara!!

Oh my god where do I start? My whole treatment was very satisfying, relaxing beautiful rooms, beautiful rest areas they gave me the tastiest vegan pink lemonade I've ever tasted. Everything was five stars so clean. My massage was amazing. And my facial was amazing. I can't wait to come back.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in early January. Was hoping to see some Xmas remnants but no luck. Was my wife's birthday so we picked this place over the new and pricier lower rated Miramar. While I love the Miramar it is hard to beat the Bacara resort! Holy cow we loved it. The large room which was liKe a fancy en suite was everything we couple Hope for with an awesome tub that had sight of the large TV and cozy fireplace. Our patio was very private and the chairs inside and oUtside the room were comfy as hell! The room had the fancy Nespresso coffee maker which is an upGrade over other coffee makers. The grounds of the resort were awesome with outdoor fireplaces and seating all over the place The room came with a very nice well serviced brunch buffet. FYI mimosas not included and was $19 for one. You can actually watch the sunset since you are technically in Goleta which is further North. The upscale on site restaurant is very fancy with awesome views but get ready to drop a minimum of $100 each without drinks. Eating or drinking anything anywhere in the premises will cost you about twice whaaT one would normally pay but when in Rome....... They seemed to. It have a sundries hotel gift shop so if you want a candy bar you can eat the $10 snickers bar in the room. The gift shop TTs ET has carried very extremely expensive albeit nice merchandise but nothing that I could seer as a souvenir or something like that. The spa and pools also seemed awesome but thE beach below is what was really breathtaking just below sandpiper golf course. Know the place is very hilly so get ready for a few uphill treks. All in all will absolutely be back just know a regular room witH a fireplace costs North of $500 when you get thru with the parking, resort fees and taxes. Treat yoself!

What a wonderful Mother's Day experience. My lovely daughter took me to "The Spa at Bacara Resort" and it was amazing. She had made reservation in advance so checking in was a breeze. Once we checked in we were directed to the Spa area and given white robes and slippers. We were then escorted to the locker room to change into our robes and slippers and took a seat in the spa lounge room. The lounge room was clean, bright and well decorated. Cucumber water, coffee, tea, fruit and nuts were available while you wait for your massage appointment. The room began to fill with other mom's, daughters and women in general. Some had just finished their massages and some were waiting. When it was time for our massage a masseuse called out your name, and introduced her/him self and took you to your room. The entire experience was very professional, courteous and it made me feel like a queen. Once the amazing massage was over (50 minutes by Sarah was fabulous) your were allowed to dress back into robe and slippers, given a glass of champagne and informed about the other amenities. You could spend an entire day enjoying the other amenities. We started with the Eucalyptus Sauna, at first when you walk into the sauna you can hardly see because of all the steam until you eyes adjust. Then once you sit down inhale deeply the relaxing takes place. Between the sweat, steam, conversation and eucalyptus aroma you totally relax and enjoy the moment (drink plenty of water). Next, we tried the Dry Sauna, more sweating, cleansing of our pores and casual conversation of what to do next (drink plenty of water). Other amenities included the outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and more. The Spa at Bacara Resort is fantastic. Everything you could want to have a relaxing pampered day. The Spa Director "Magdalena" was awesome she was so friendly, helpful and as each guest was leaving she made sure they left with a bouquet of flowers perfect for Mother's Day celebration.

At 49, my perimenopause symptoms arrived suddenly and with intensity. I was struggling with significant brain fog, insomnia, and mood swings, and felt completely disconnected from my own body. When a friend recommended the HOPE program with Nurse Practitioner Rachael Wojcik, FNP-C, I immediately recognized the value of a comprehensive, personalized approach to hormone optimization. I've now been under Rachael's thoughtful care for over a year, and her ongoing guidance has been exceptional. Rachael is a deeply committed advocate for women's hormone health supporting whole-body wellness. She has guided me through hormone balancing, metabolic support, preventive screenings, and digestive health, always with remarkable insight and attention to detail. Her kind, patient approach, careful listening, and ability to address new challenges as I transitioned from perimenopause to menopause have made all the difference as I've navigated this complex hormonal rollercoaster. HRT has provided profound relief from my symptoms, and I am incredibly grateful to have had such a knowledgeable and compassionate partner supporting me every step of the way. Rachael has helped restore balance, confidence, and a sense of harmony in my health that I didn't think was possible again. Forever grateful!

I really wanted to find someone who would listen to my concerns/desires for upping my self-care, but that would be honest with me about what would and wouldn't be best on me, be worth the money or not, and be realistic about what my expectations should be. I love suggestions, learning, and guidance with no pressure. All of the options can be overwhelming! My consultation was so informative and helpful, I learned so much about the service I was wanting done, as well as about my own face and skin. Lizzy was so warm, caring, fun, and made me feel beautiful while listening to my desires for enhancing my routine. I can't wait to be back for my recheck! Rachael who I did my screening with was also so sweet and comforting to my nerves! The VIP membership is a great deal, as well as the different apps they will work with for specific service point rewards. Everyone I have spoken to at the front desk and on the phone are kind and helpful. So refreshing to some experiences with doctor's offices I've had in the past years!
