I had no idea that a massage could be this wonderful. She took the time to get the information from me like what I do, where my problem areas are and so on. I'm a hair colorist and spend my work days leaning over a chair or a shampoo bowl. I've been having lots of pain in my shoulders... all is I can say is "I feel great and im ready to get back behind the chair and feel good about myself". I can go on and on about how great it was... but, I think you need to just experience it yourself. Highly recommend, WILL BE BACK! 100/10

Once going, she digs deep, but shows sensitivity towards your flinching, but takes her time and doesn't let up until the knots are worked out and muscles back in place. She has a real desire to use her craft to heal and was pretty straightforward with the things I need to do to take advantage of my massage. She has a new convert and I promise to be a regular.

We were thrilled when Danny at King Music agreed to help us out before our 7 pm concert time that night. Danny is super knowledgeable and professional. He completed the repair and made suggestions for further work when we get back home. Completing the work under the quote without skimping on quality, he repaired what he knew was necessary. He even made recommendations for a better case that would protect the sax better in future. Our saxophonist was thrilled with how well the instrument played! The director was thrilled to have that instrument back for performance. I wish King Music was up in the Chicago area! Class act!

It may not be fancy, but I'm not there to put on a show--I'm there to train. I've seen some negative reviews mentioning freeloaders and race issues, but I've never witnessed anything like that. There are signs posted everywhere regarding gym rules. It's a great place for both beginners and advanced lifters, with plenty of equipment, open 24/7, and no hidden fees.

I was greeted immediately upon entering by the girl behind the counter. I went over to pay my day pass fee (only $5) and the owner/manager (not sure) came over to start speaking with me about where I'm from and what I'm looking to do. He gave me a quick tour around the place, there are about 4 rooms of equipment, lots of nice pieces, plate loaded and pin loaded. The people working out were all respectful and friendly. All were at various levels of fitness. Everyone seemed to wipe down their machines when done, so everything felt clean. Not everything is brand new, so it's not a fancy state of the art gym. But the vibe is perfect for me. It is very unique compared to other gyms I've been to, including a disco ball hanging from the ceiling in the main room. The decor varied from sports memorabilia, to bodybuilding posters, to an MTV logo and an M&M stand for towels. Pretty cool place. There isn't a lot of space to maneuver b/c of how full they have it with equipment. It's really a minor thing, and I do prefer the extra options for equipment, over the extra space for walking around. But just know that it's crammed for space. I will likely be back for another work trip, and will definitely stop in at Fit Body U again.

They are not, esp for women. Some machines I can't even use cuz it doesn't have settings short enough, if I were to use it as it was, I'd risk injury.
