Michele is INCREDIBLE. My husband and I needed to undertake a badly needed exterior paint job for our house - it was a very ugly and faded shade of brown. After putting up countless paint samples on the walls and hating all of them, we were at a loss and feeling so discouraged and stressed out. On a whim, I reached out to Michele to get a quote for color consulting. She was incredibly reasonably priced, so we arranged for her to come over. She squeezed us in because our painter was contracted and ready to go. My husband and I had very vague descriptions of what we liked and how to describe our style, and literally, within minutes, she had samples pulled out of her massive color guide that tied everything all together beautifully. She arranged for samples to be provided as well. She left us with a detailed color chart of exactly what to paint where, including options of things to leave in or exclude depending on budget. Our painters appreciated the very clear instructions. She also sent a follow up email the next day with additional thoughts on our home and a photo of our home mocked up with the chosen colors added (and a few options to go brighter or darker), showing she truly cares about the advice she gives. Our home is now so beautiful and unique. We've had many people compliment us on our home color scheme. I know there is zero chance it would have looked anywhere near as amazing without Michele's assistance. I can't say enough good things about working with Michele and I highly recommend contacting her if you have any kind of color or design project. I initially consulted with Michele on paint color selections for the exterior of our house. She spent a couple of hours with me in an initial meeting and I chose my favorite of the colors she recommended. When my painter and I got the large test patch up on the wall and evaluated it at different times of day, the main color I'd chosen looked too dark and too green for the existing roof. Michele came back out for a second meeting and instantly honed in on what turned out to be the perfect color - one that was in the range of colors she'd pulled for me earlier. The accent color she recommended in the first meeting stayed the same. I was so happy with that experience that I extended the scope of our collaboration and had Michele help me choose new house numbers and exterior lighting. Now that the whole project is finished, it's really a completely different home. The paint colors are perfect and fit really well into our neighborhood. The accents Michele suggested hit just the right notes, giving our home a spectacular impact without overwhelming the simple, classic look I had in mind. We live in a typical 70's track home and have not done too much with it over the last few years. Neither one of us has very much experience in decorating so we hire Michele Morgan from The Right Color to help us out. First she picked out all the colors for the exterior and interior from Dunn Edwards and then we hired a friend that was a painter. The house came out perfect and we have received a ton of compliments. Later on our own we had the; cabinets replaced, new trim installed, new windows, and new doors throughout. (This really upgraded the house) then we called Michele back in and had her do the curtains. She did an awesome job! And everyone has commented how well they make the house "come together" and that it makes it so much friendlier and warm. Also the fabric looks very elegant.
