I found them when I was looking for gutter installation work and was so impressed that I had them replace the entire roof on my house sized barn (~2100 sq ft) with Owens Corning along with significant rehabilitation work to the substrate. It seems all too rare these days that you find a contractor that is reliable, competent and takes real pride in their work but that's exactly what you're getting here. These are skilled and honest professionals who do excellent work and stand behind both the process and the finished product. Ok so this review is a little bit biased because this project means so much to me…read more I was referred to Imperial through the referral of another customer. I was a bit skeptical about the quote because I have been through drama with contractors. Bill was phenomenal from the first call. I sent him a few pictures and he called me to schedule a meeting. He arrived right when he said he would and soon after provided a quote with suggestions that matched what we talked about during the walk through. Needless to say the quote matched my budget and we booked to have it started. Bill, Justin and Kevin are stand up guys and I feel like the are now part of my family. They stayed within the budget and the timeline promised. They went above and beyond to prep and clean up, every day. They kept me in the loop about the progress almost daily. I am going to add a few before and after pics. I recommend them with both hands, all 10 fingers and toes.

We had them replace the ripped porch screens, power wash railings, roof, and the entire exterior of the house, as well as clean the gutters. They also replaced our old lousy gutter guards. Rudy did several walk arounds with me during the project to show me the progress and point out areas of concern, such as places where there were gaps in the existing deck trim that had caused water damage under the fascia. They were able to replace all of the rotting boards and added new trim to cover the gaps, which we hadn't planned on, but it made the deck much more sound and looks great, even better than before! He also pointed out that a number of our other old window screens around the house were frayed or torn, and offered to replace them while they were there, at a very fair price. The entire deck/porch looks new again. His team took care to carefully clean up the work site before they left. This is a family business, and they were consistently kind and very responsive. We will definitely use them again for future projects.
