We believe that in order to keep their costs down, they tried to install cabinets and countertops in our home that were NOT the size and color we ordered--possibly belonging to another customer. We even told them in advance which brand and size appliances we would buy. We asked for a "built-in" look to accommodate our 30" wide fridge and stove. The cabinet over the fridge is way too wide for our 30" wide fridge. Worse, they tried to blame us for the mix-up. We did NOT do our own measuring, NOR did we order our own cabinets. We had to cease installment until new materials

We loved working with them through every design detail and were grateful for their expert opinion. Highly recommend!

Justin and his team did a great job tiling some very tricky areas. They also changed our kitchen island from two levels to one, and now it looks brand new, without having to purchase new cabinets! Elizabeth was a great help on the design side of things and answered my many questions in a very timely and thoughtful manner. They were great communicators and finished our job on time...something that NEVER happens with renovations. They even worked a weekend day to ensure we could have all the construction finished before we moved in to our new home. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up at the end too. I'm sure we'll hire them again for our master bathroom in the future. Thank you to the Pattyn Group!

It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!
