It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!

Frank came out and gave us an estimate which was reasonable and got the job. It took a while but the countertop is in and beautiful. The installers were great and solved all issues perfectly. We eventually picked a quartzite countertop and set everything up to have Primo's guys come out about 2 weeks later to install them. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and got right to work. The entire process took them about 4 hours, including removing the old countertops. Primo and Mark were both so nice and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Primo's to anyone who was looking to replace countertops!
