How she advertises is true to her conduct and quality of counseling in our opinion. My wife is very sensitive person and wanted to leave our marriage of four years. I didn't want to end the marriage because I believe in marriage until death do us part and we have a two year old son and another child on the way. The greatest gift you can give your children is to stay married. But what can you do when your wife wants to call it QUITS? And places all 100% of the blame on her husband? I have to admit, I thought it looked pretty hopeless for a very strong logical husband. We were just not communicating with each other and had a thousand unsolved problems over the last 4 years. We were missing each other's true intentions and thoughts. And we had already tried all the wrong ways of curing our problems OUR SELVES and were out of ideas. Beverly is a real Godly counselor that doesn't try to tell you how to run your home. She really brings the bible to light so both a wife and husband can come to agreement on issues. CHANGE is a miracle from God. No one can change anyone else. But if both of you are willing to sit down and tell Beverly what's on your hearts, she is a great mediator. Sometimes we need a mediator to help clear the air and let each other's hearts be known. Of course the greatest mediator is Christ and Beverly rightly will bring the bible and the living God into your counseling sessions. Because if a marriage isn't built upon Christ, then you can only expect problems. Christ is the ultimate answer to every problem. When both husband and wife are willing to yield to the grace of God and stick with it. Then and only then can you get a really good marriage. This is what Beverly desires for marriage to be and helps people to see into their blind spots and to really appreciate their spouse and rebuild that commitment to your spouse again. God bless you Beverly... I know we went to 7 weeks of counseling but we also tried another counselor that didn't really help us any. Where with Beverly, each week she would give us a little bit of new hope. Oh, sure there were emotional times and it wasn't all always what you would expect or even hope for. But overall her counseling sessions always left us with something new, something helpful, something that we perhaps hadn't internalized before counseling with Beverly. We would encourage anyone having problems to give Beverly a try for a couple of weeks. We think you will find she doesn't take sides, she is fair and straight forward and doesn't jump to wrong conclusions when some ugly skeletons start coming out of the closet either. I would not recommend her. I was shocked that she was so upset that I called her behavior unprofessional. She said perhaps I'm not the right counselor for her. I concurred and told her to F off and left. I cried driving home. I reported her to my psychiatrist who I see for my anxiety medication a couple times a year. It is not easy to find a Occupational Therapist who specializes in hand therapy let alone a good…read moreone. Came here recommended by my naturopath because I never knew that my years of hand/ wrist pain was not normal but finally decided to get it checked it. I wasn't sure what to expect from Hand Therapy Therapist, so I was pleasantly surprised. Danielle is a kind, chill, experienced occupational hand therapist. She has an uncanny skill of finding out which of the small muscles in my hand or wrist muscles are causing me the pain. She then uses manual therapy to address the root issues. Danielle also gives unique exercises that target the hand muscles that I never seen or heard of. Now after two months, I feel 80% better already. I highly recommend her as she is experienced, skilled, knowledgeable, chill and friendly. (part of me is reluctant to write this review because I don't want to have difficulty booking my appointment as she is usually scheduled by one or two week out or two right now) but I hope to help others by writing this review. Btw if you have bad experience with front desk people, rest assured that you won't get that here. Her front desk manager, Sarah, is kind and professional. She works as best to accommodate your scheduling needs. They are responsible and I feel good with their professional care.

I went in for therapy, had good sessions with the therapist. However the woman at the front desk…read moremade a mistake with my insurance. I did 3 sessions with an add on that I was told was free. After the 3rd session they informed me of the mistake and that I owed the balanced. I was upset about it and they were not willing to budge on their mistake. I quit going there because of this. Before I left I asked if I owed anything else and they said no. 6 months later I got another invoice for more that was not covered by insurance. I tried to argue it but they go through a 3rd party for invoicing and office manager never reached out to discuss the issue.

The receptionist agreed with that and set me up for two weeks in advance for one therapist. Unfortunately, after one visit, I was back to a different therapist. In addition, Apex (at least at this location) does not offer traditional tens therapy that my insurance WILL cover. INSTEAD, they only offer their preferred "DC current therapy" that costs $30 per visit. If you go on the website for this special therapy tool (Neubie) the manufacturer promises this, copied right off their website: "It is THE device proven to add incredible cash-pay revenue to your clinic" Now I really don't know if there is any value to this special shock therapy, and if I was sure it would work, I would be happy to pay for it out of my own pocket. But there is no guarantee. I'm really bothered that both therapies aren't offered, and give the patient a choice. Maybe it's the incredible cash pay revenue?? I canceled all of my remaining appointments.

My therapist/trainer and the de facto team leader of this facility, Lucas was right by my side every step of the way with helpful advise and a slow, steady and consistent approach that got me moving functionally again without pushing me too hard as to re aggravate my injury. I got to know the whole staff while I was there and I can assure you their positive attitudes are contagious! I really enjoyed getting to know all therapists and assistant trainers at this location. I had a chance to work with Troy, Amy, Madison, Nicole at one point or another and they were all very knowledgeable and helpful! Karen and Kayla at the office/front desk always made billing and scheduling a breeze. Convenient location just a half block off of Del Prado in central Cape Coral with plenty of safe parking for my nice truck in a private lot exclusively for APT clients.
